Very good location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, you can walk everywhere. Good wifi for working. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

Very noisy. Our bedroom window was facing the street, and there is no soundproofing, so you can hear all the constant traffic noise (we had to sleep with earplugs).

1. Location is great with many food and convenience store options nearby. 2. Hot water pressure was excellent. 3. There is no elevator, but the receptionist helped us to carry luggage. He was very friendly and provided a great customer care. 4. Room and toilet smelt good and clean and not stale. 5. All furniture was a bit old but it is in a great working conditions.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Great location. Very kindly looked after our bags whilst we went to sapa for a few days. 24/7 reception which is very handy, you never need to worry about getting in or reaching someone. Quick communication on booking.com chat too.

They keep their records paper based, it made things confusing, especially when the staff change over. We had to show we’d paid three times. Lots of stairs and no elevator but we’re young and fit so it was ok.

I feel so at home at this establishment. The staff are so friendly, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, the breakfast is delicious. They offer tours and transport. The location is really good too! I have stayed here twice now both times I came to Hanoi and I won't be staying anywhere else! Love it here!!

The hostel is very conveniently located and located on a busy street but it is still nice and quiet in the room. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, curtains also keep the room dark in the morning which was great for extra rest. Staff were very nice and welcoming

The hostel let us check in at 4am and check out at 2:30 pm at no extra cost to us which was brilliant after coming off a sleeper bus and travelling on the next afternoon. Bed was comfy, aircon decent and room a good size. Staff were lovely.

Towels weren’t the cleanest and we had to request new ones but not a big deal. Bathroom also dirty and a bit mouldy

Staff were excellent - helped us book busses and tours, great value for money and great location. Centrally located in the old quarter - super close to good food and everything else you need, but not too noisy either

Our booking said breakfast was included but when we arrived we were told it wasn't - not a deal breaker but slightly annoying. The first time we stayed on level 4 which had fast internet but was a bit of a hike up the stairs without an elevator (good exercise, but hard after a long day sightseeing). The shower also wasn't great. Our room on level 3 had very poor wifi.

Staff are super flexible, accommodating, kind and helpful.

The water percolates from the shower to a corner of the floor, where it sinks away. So, not a big problem, but it could use a refurbishment.

This place is in a great location, the rooms are clean WiFi is ok and the staff here are amazing. For the price you are paying this place is perfect. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like that when we arrived we were told that there is no room with double bed (as we booked) so we will have 2 single beds. We said we didn’t want that so they gave us some other room with double bed but was looking nothing like on the pictures. There was no window. That is the only thing we didn’t like. Other then that we had a very good experience
