- Very tasty welcome tea - Very, very nice staff! I have never received such a friendly welcome. The staff were also extremely nice and courteous during the rest of the days. I've never had that before! - Reception mostly speaks very good English - Very comfortable bed - Room service - Breakfast buffet very good and until 10 am - Wifi - Organization of airport transfer good - Laundry service good - Location (central, but on a quiet street) - Shampoo, shower gel, soap all available - Free drinking water for refilling - Card payment possible, but with a few extra percentages

- 2 cockroaches in the room, which would not describe the room as clean, but rather as dirty... I have never had cockroaches in the room before. (Apart from that, the room was clean - Hotel staff is incredibly loud from 7am!!! Especially the cleaning staff. I don't know exactly what they were doing so early, but it was very noisy. If I pay for a hotel room, I would expect at least the staff not to be too loud. Especially not so early - Air conditioning worked, but it didn't cool as much as usual

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. We book the hotel twice for a total of 5D4N (when we stay in hanoi and when we get back from sapa). Hotel location is near and walkable on the places that we want to visit. Ms. Alice and her team were kind enough to assist us with all of our queries and request, Ms. Alice also help us to book our cabin bus ride to sapa even before we reached vietnam, (they also packed us some snacks to bring since we leave early before the schedule of the breakfast buffet). She and her team always made sure that we enjoy our daily sightseeing and trips. There are some noises outside the road but it is not that bothersome, we were able to rest and stay comfortably at their hotel.

The hotel was super lovely! It felt very new and fresh. The breakfast was also very delicious! The beds felt like a cloud and the rooms were incredibly clean. Not only that, the staff were sooooo helpful! We had a bit of a bus nightmare and we needed help communicating with the drivers and they kindly called them for us many times and helped us figure out where our driver was when we got lost! Sending multiple photos and videos and messages for us! We would have for sure missed our bus if it wasn't for their help! They also let us have a very quick shower and got us extra towels and shampoo before our bus ride. Thank you for your amazing hospitality! We will for sure be back next time we come to the city!

Great hotel, super friendly staff and quick check-in. The room and the bathroom are very clean and super cozy. They even made it possible to check in earlier abd helped us organise a transport to the airport, and compared to others the price was really fair. We missed breakfast because of our early flight but they prepared something for us to take with us.

Our room with window had just a tiny window, but room looks like on the pictures we just didnt notice.

This is our second time staying and we love it. Great hotel and such good price. We actually asked to move rooms as the air con wasn't working properly and it was SO hot when we came to vietnam and they moved us no problem and checked with us every day we were OK. Rooms are great size , beds comfy and perfect location. The breakfast isn't thar great however there are so many coffee shops and bakeries on the same road and around that we just went to these. Also a new bar with live music on across the road called alchemist which we went to and would highly recommend. Can't hear it from the hotel , it's soundproof but just a little suggestion. Spa in the basement is also fabulous and offer discount for guests. Will return!

Breakfast isn't the best. But doesn't take anything away from the stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location easily reachable from most attractions. The hotel is very clean and rooms are descent size. They have an excellent choices for breakfast. All the staff are very attentive, kind and helpful at all times. One member of staff I would say who stood out was Tony. He always went out of his way to make sure all out queries were answered to out full satisfaction. He was also most helpful even during his time-off. Tony also booked couple of trips for us - Halong Bay and Sapa. We had the best time ever. I will not hesitate to say that Tony is a real asset to this hotel. This hotel also has Spa facilities at a discount to staying in this hotel.

There was not much that I didn't like.

Located in the heart of the Old City, the hotel is located in a strategic position to visit all the major attractions within a walking distance, yet it remains quiet. The room furnishings are not very modern, but the room is confortable and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is very welcoming and available for any needs you may have (transfer, tour arrangements,...). We arrived very early in Hanoi and were offered the early check-in: an attention towards us that was much appreciated. The breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of food, but it is adequate to have a good start in the day. The kitchen guys are however available to prepare something more for you. Recommended.

The excellent location and the room. It was excellent value. Having travelled around a lot we spent two nights here and were planning to do a cruise on Lan Ha bay followed by a stay on Cat Ba island. My, who works here on the front desk team, .was absolutely brilliant booking us transport to get to the cruise, a good price for the cruise, a special transfer by tender off the cruise ship to Cat Ba island harbour and to be collected from our hotel on Cat Ba back to the hotel again for our last night in Hanoi. Everything worked perfectly and My stayed in touch by WhatsApp and even arranged for an earlier pick up from Cat Ba when we changed our minds and decided we wanted to have a bit more time in Hanoi on our last full day in Vietnam. Everything was effortless and food pricing too. My has booked us a taxi for the morning to get us to the airport and had spa treatments ready for my better half when. We arrived back in Hanoi. Having organised nearly everything independently on this trip it was great having someone so capable making all those arrangements - thanks My! The rest of the staff here are very friendly and helpful too.

This was our first time in Hanoi, and finding a safe and convenient place to stay was a top priority for our family. We're thrilled to have found this place, which not only offers effortless access to all the major attractions but also boasts incredibly helpful and welcoming staff, particularly Alice, who went above and beyond to arrange our transfers and accommodate several itinerary changes without any fuss. Thanks to her dedication, our trip unfolded seamlessly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The spa services downstairs were also a highlight, providing a rejuvenating experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly return if we visit Hanoi again.

I would like to say all the staff was amazing, especially Alice, Alice helped us book our trip from Hanoi to Hoi An including all of our day trips, over night train ride, private car, booking our hotels in Hue & Hoi An and took care of any situations that came up even after we left Hanoi. We ended up having to skip our day trip to Ninh Binh because we got heat stroke the day before and weren't up for another day in the sun. Even though we canceled the trip the morning of Alice was still able to get us a partial refund. Thank you Alice ❤️ Traveling in Vietnam is a different experience for sure, but this hotel is so close to everything and within walking distance so no need for a taxi or motorbike. And walking is faster, to be honest to all attractions within the Old Quarter.
