a personalized welcome managed by the receptionist "Ella" who will take the time to explain everything to you, take out a map, ask if you have any questions, the slightest thing you want to find during your vacation, indicate which restaurant is good in relation to your expectations according to what she herself has tried to recommend it, really a very personalized approach that touches you and leaves a mark on you. in a real background of kindness.

the fact that on booking this is not specified when you book a hotel with all the features gym, spa, etc in the same place that in the end each place is in a different hotel apartment also at the brand but they are not at all on site and you have to go out for that... so not very practical when you let order a hotel with all the necessary equipment in the same hotel

It was all in all a wonderful experience. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. They didn’t give us a hard time most especially they tried their best to accommodate us even we arrived at the hotel at 6 am and check in time was at 2 pm. We also booked our tours since I didn’t know what would be best given the shorter time we had in hanoi. And our private tour of hanoi streets and our 1 day halong bay tour were superb. They recommended the best tour guides! Maybe it would show up more expensive, but it was all worth it! Everything was all walking distance esp. for shopping and eating. I just want to extend our gratitude to each of the employee of the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful – classic, elegant Indochine style. The staff were a real highlight: always greeting us with a big smile and lots of positive energy (big shoutout to David and Nina!). Everyone on the team was quick to help with luggage and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. They even phoned a few of our tour organizers on our behalf to double-check everything. Also they took time to sit down with us, show us the local area on a map, marking some recommendations on what to do and see. The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the Old Town, and just a short walk from some of the area’s best spots (we loved being close to the train street, Banh Mi 25 and The Halflington). Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the generous timing – earlier check-in and later check-out than we experienced elsewhere in Vietnam. Despite the flexible hours, housekeeping was super efficient – our room was always clean and tidy by the time we returned, even when we came back just after lunch. All in all, this was one of our favorite hotel stays in Vietnam – stylish place, unbeatable location, and warm, attentive service.

We stayed in two different suites during our visit. We preferred the suite with the balcony over the one with a city view, I think the bed was more comfortable in the balcony room and the city view room's door was a bit tricky to open from the inside (felt a bit jammed). Then again, the city view room was (or felt like it was) bigger, so it is very much up to personal preference.

What made the property special was the staff , so attentive especially Hanni who from the minute we got there was amazing , friendly , helpful and hotel manager was lovely too , the property is very central in the old town , but although not luxurious it is quiet and clean and good value for what we paid

Breakfast the buffet could have had a little bit more variety of fruits and pastries a little limited but for the price adequate . Was nt a problem . If being honest , the hotel could perhaps do with a little touch up in the rooms with a paint and decoration but hotel was clean and the staff as mentioned above so helpful , kind and polite , organised tours when required and they made up for any short comings in the rooms plus location is what you are paying for and okay value fir money

Also, we got free rooms upgrade, which was cherry on the cake. The hotel's location is also a major plus - it's situated close to all the major attractions. This made it easy for us to explore the local area in the old Town. Everything is within walking distance. Overall, we would highly recommend Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room size. Upgrade helped us.

We loved everything about this lovely boutique hotel.The staff couldnt do enough for you.Great location great buzz in the street.Hanoi is hectic but fun.We got an upgrade including a small balcony.Supermarket nearby for cold beer.You can sit in front of the hotel with your BYO.The decor is the best free ricecrackers and bananas.I would give it 11/10 if I could highly recommended.Look at opening hours for the mausoleum they differ day by day.Do the audio guide for the prison very informative.Trainstreet just go when you feel like it the trains come by at different times not only at 3pm.Mostly hold hands when crossing the road.Its a challenge.Go to walking/beer street for a bit of fun hectic.Dont get run over and ask for cold beer all throughout Vietnam otherwise it will be served warm with ice added to it.

We liked everything total chaos just embrace it otherwise you will hate it0

Location was good. In the heart of the Old Quarter, a few mins walk from Train Street and many restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets. It is easy to walk to many of the sightseeing places. Wifi was excellent. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help and make my stay pleasant. They were kind in offering information and support regarding luggage when I went on a couple of excursions. Also, I noted that they always opened the door for anyone coming in and out, which was a nice touch of hospitality. I stayed 3 nights broken up btwn excursions. I was in a small room without windows as this was the budget option, which was fine as I was out for most of the day. Had I been staying longer, I would have booked a room with a window.

Staff 5 star: -Both night and day staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Clear communication before and during the whole stay. -Checking in and out gave some complimentaries. -Arranged the transfer for the cheaper price for us, even though our flight was delayed and they had to postpone the transfer for an hour ar a last minute -Helped to chose and book a day trip to Ninh Bin Hotel / facilities: - Comfortable beds, pillows - Spacious shower - Rooms felt bigger then in pictures - Stylish interior - Location 5 star, just next to the old quarter: ✅one street away(1min walk), but makes a massive difference: quite at night which allows you to enjoy your sleep. ✅there were a few convenient stores around ✅train street is just 2min away

There was nothing not to like

The room quality was exceptional - not only were the beds comfortable, the rooms were very quiet so we weren't disturbed by any outside noise or any other guests! The breakfast options were amazing, as well as offering tea and coffee at all hours. The bathroom had an amazing waterfall shower head which was absolutely heavenly after a day of walking around Hanoi. The staff at the hotel were so helpful - offering us a map detailing all the nearby things to do like street foods, the night market, train street and local museums. We got to keep the Map to help us locate things we wanted to do! David was kind to us the whole time, letting us leave our luggage at the hotel even after we checked out so we could explore Hanoi for the day before heading to a night bus. Super helpful as we were worried about carrying such heavy bags with us while having a big day around the city. They also gave us parting gifts with water and snacks which is amazing!! Id personally love to thank all the staff for their hard work. May you all have a wonderful year filled with love and happiness! Thank you for making us feel welcomed in Vietnam. We will definitely be booking again with Silk Hotels if we return :D

Everything was good!

The whole experience at Hanoi Centre Silk Classic was wonderful. The staff offered great communication from the start, offering their services for car pick up at the airport as well as any other tours we were interested in. Ms Hannie was very friendly and took the time to remember our names and check in with us every day. William at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. Theu offered us a free upgrade on our room as well. The rooms were lovely, well decorated and clean. They were quiet with good air conditioning. The breakfast was always tasty. Great location too. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
