Everything was perfect! The photos are accurate and hotel facade was exceptional. The whole place was great & had a great space for breakfast. I loved the breakfast options, can choose from pho (chicken/beef), toast with poached eggs/scrambled with sausage and bacon, and omelette plus yogurt (the best part!!!!!) i could easily have 2-3 servings of yogurt everyday. The manager Tiep and Staff Minh were very helpful. 5 stars they also helped us with booking our tours to incense village and ninh binh.

Cleanliness can be improved. There were some days that the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (ex. Toilet paper wasn’t refilled, missing towels, etc.)

Nice breakfast and service in the morning. Well located. Good service regarding trips and transport. Very friendly people hosting. We had a nice connecting room for us and our two kids.

Our clothes came washed too hot and shrinked. The owner was polite to offer discount. The rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures.

The location is great—close to the Old Quarter. The honeymoon room is small, around 20 sqm, but it’s clean. They also provide room arrangements for special occasions like birthdays, and if you choose the honeymoon room, the arrangements are already free. With good breakfast, unlimited choices.

There were a lot of ants right away as soon as the table with food touched the wall. Within minutes, ants started appearing. Need to clean it right away.

The hotel has a really great central location. Every main attraction is in walking distance. The staff is super kind and helpful, they really work hard to make your stay pleasant. I had several request to them during our stay. My friend lost her camera and they called restaurants and hotels to find it, in addition, organized the transport of the camera that she could get it back. They managed laundry for us as well. They also stored our luggage while we went to trip to Sapa. The breakfast was also delicious. You can choose from several options and they prepare for you.

Amazing breakfast, you can have as much as you want as well and they open reasonably early (06:30) which is good for those wanting to get out and about. Room was clean, shower and toilet are separate so you don't get water everywhere. People complain about construction noise but I am up early and out during the day, never noticed it and it was never during my sleep hours but it is around for those who like to sleep in beware. Didn't bother me though. Staff are helpful. Aircon worked good, wifi also good. Location good, in between the attractions (west of old quarter) and the old quarter itself, close to the best gym for travellers (x-men) and some good restaurants and a great coffee shop nearby.

Paid for a double bed but it was clearly two single beds pushed together, not good enough. Weird and uncomfortable trying to sleep in the middle of the bed where there's a joint in the mattress.

The hotel was in a really good location, very close to all the usual attractions in the old quarter, with various shops, bars and restaurants also very close by. Staff very helpful and the included breakfast was fairly basic but good!

It was a little noisy when we stayed as they were renovating the building next door - not the hotels fault at all, but it did mean there was a bit of noise. The hotel did though send letters to all guests to apologise for the inconvenience which is nice! Also we decided to get some laundry done via the hotel, and that was fine although one of my T-shirts was ruined - it had stains all over it when it was returned and I couldn’t get them out; which was a bit disappointing.

What can I say, Favorite place to stay while in Hanoi. Absolute value for money. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are comfy and showers are quite nice. All the staff are pleasure, nice, and helpful with ideas and tips of what you could do while in Hanoi. Breakfast is delicious. Very helpful with planning transportation to other areas of Vietnam. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Room size on its own felt a bit tight. However this wasn't a concern for us as we were in connecting rooms and therefore had more space to store luggage's and move around.

Staff was super friendly, special kudos to Minh for going the extra mile! Perfect location, and my room faced away from the street, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was generous and delicious. They also offer trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and help you make your travel plans realistic. Highly recommended!

Location is great With connectivity Everywhere and easily accessible. The location is good so all your tours will be available for you to get picked up right from your hotel. The property is clean and nice and the staff is really Friendly
