The hotel has a really great central location. Every main attraction is in walking distance. The staff is super kind and helpful, they really work hard to make your stay pleasant. I had several request to them during our stay. My friend lost her camera and they called restaurants and hotels to find it, in addition, organized the transport of the camera that she could get it back. They managed laundry for us as well. They also stored our luggage while we went to trip to Sapa. The breakfast was also delicious. You can choose from several options and they prepare for you.

Amazing breakfast, you can have as much as you want as well and they open reasonably early (06:30) which is good for those wanting to get out and about. Room was clean, shower and toilet are separate so you don't get water everywhere. People complain about construction noise but I am up early and out during the day, never noticed it and it was never during my sleep hours but it is around for those who like to sleep in beware. Didn't bother me though. Staff are helpful. Aircon worked good, wifi also good. Location good, in between the attractions (west of old quarter) and the old quarter itself, close to the best gym for travellers (x-men) and some good restaurants and a great coffee shop nearby.

Paid for a double bed but it was clearly two single beds pushed together, not good enough. Weird and uncomfortable trying to sleep in the middle of the bed where there's a joint in the mattress.

The hotel was in a really good location, very close to all the usual attractions in the old quarter, with various shops, bars and restaurants also very close by. Staff very helpful and the included breakfast was fairly basic but good!

It was a little noisy when we stayed as they were renovating the building next door - not the hotels fault at all, but it did mean there was a bit of noise. The hotel did though send letters to all guests to apologise for the inconvenience which is nice! Also we decided to get some laundry done via the hotel, and that was fine although one of my T-shirts was ruined - it had stains all over it when it was returned and I couldn’t get them out; which was a bit disappointing.

What can I say, Favorite place to stay while in Hanoi. Absolute value for money. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are comfy and showers are quite nice. All the staff are pleasure, nice, and helpful with ideas and tips of what you could do while in Hanoi. Breakfast is delicious. Very helpful with planning transportation to other areas of Vietnam. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Hôtel is well located in the heart of Hanoi...you can go to site attractions by walking distance. Night market during the weekend. 10 mins by walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staffs are helpful and kind, thank to Tiep and Lisa and all team. My mom was sick on the second day and Mr. Tiep brought me to the pharmacy 🙏👍 hotel offered also the rice and omelette for my mom. Thank you again. Appreciated 🙏 The rooms are clean and a bit small but they are a good size for us for the hotel in the city. The hotel propose tours and excursions at reasonable price. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Staff (Hung and Tiep) were very helpful, great breakfast, hotel is in walking distance to must go cafe's and restaurants. Many thanks to all staff involved in making our stay stress free.

Room size on its own felt a bit tight. However this wasn't a concern for us as we were in connecting rooms and therefore had more space to store luggage's and move around.

Location is great With connectivity Everywhere and easily accessible. The location is good so all your tours will be available for you to get picked up right from your hotel. The property is clean and nice and the staff is really Friendly

Great location, right in the middle of the Old Quarter. Walking distance to most sights in Hanoi. The staff was wonderful. They really went out of their way to help. On our last day we were supposed to be picked up at 6am but the transfer was late (not booked through the hotel, so not their error). The chef was so kind to cook us breakfast to go while we were waiting. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

There was a lot of construction ongoing nearby. At night the place was quiet which was nice. During the day it was quite noisy in the room. It was not on hotel property so not much that they could do about it. Just mentioning it for people that like to sleep in.

Brilliant stay, this hotel and family came to our rescue when a nearby hotel had given away our room The rooms are modern and stylish and very comfortable but also very cosy and homely We spent a lot of time relaxing in our room which was perfect for us, we were upgraded as we checked in to a city view room which was perfect The laundry service was extremely fast and the same price as nearby laundry services. The transfers were the same price as Grab too! Very convenient and stress free having it all in house To top it off the breakfast was fantastic, you order whatever dishes you'd like. The pancakes and coffee here were the best we had during our month in Vietnam The location is perfect, lots of very highly rated restaurants nearby but the roads aren't too busy like in old town center Thank you again for a brilliant stay, we wish we'd stayed here during our first time in Hanoi rather than the very expensive hotel we'd chosen

Our room was cosy and clean. Location is perfect, just a few minute walk to central market. Great laundry service nearby (Laundry & coffee). Hotel offered us late check out (2hours) and baggage storage. Breakfast of good quality, we always got tropical fruit with it.

Construction site directly under our window (woke us up at 6am, stopped working after midnight). Hotel apologized, but we did not get enough rest. One night we were ringing in front of the hotel for 10min and nobody opened. My boyfriend called a receptionist (I would recommend you to make his number available on Whats app because some tourists cant make calls), who probably fell asleep and got just woken up with a call (not by the bell). It was very unprofessional, when we tried to convience us that the bell is not working or that we dont know how to ring a bell. It would be nicer to simply admit he fell asleep.
