It was a lovely experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I also appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary snacks/beverages/toiletries that made my stay feel extra special. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this sincere. Location is great, near by the Old Quarter. I would highly recommend.

The hotel has changed their name, which caused some confusion trying to find the entrance. On google maps its called "La Dora Hanoi Hotel and Travel". The laundry service was also not good as the clothes came back dirty

This is the best hotel if you're traveling on a tight budget. It's located on a quiet street but only 4 minutes walk to the night market.. There's also a nice cafe with a rooftop ( NOSAN COFFEE AND TEA ) which is just outside. The location itself is full of restaurants. The room is big (no window). The A/C is fully-functioning and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Toiletries are provided although you need to bring your own bath soap. The staff ( Mr. Thong ) was so nice and always ready to help.. A big "Thank you" to him.

Good location off a Main Street within close distance to many things. Staff very helpful but not always available.

It felt a little damp which is strange to say. I could be wrong. Noise travels from every part of the building if you don’t mind but some ear plugs or headphones help but not necessary all the time. Bed was very hard. Tv remote had no batteries and tv was too high. No windows.

Awesome hotel, amazing friendly staff, the receptionist Sun welcomed us like home. The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant Mr. Sun and colleagues.

I forgot to ask the name of the male staff. He is extremely nice, very accommodating, helpful, and always smiling. He is very dedicated in doing everything the best way he can, from receiving guests, cleaning the room, and attending to our needs.

I wish there was a microwave in the room and a foot rag.

The hotel is basic, but completely enough and suitable for a short term stay near Hoan Kiem Lake! The location is very central and the staff really friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty simple and a little old, but everything you need is provided (even though many rooms do not have real windows, but if you only use the room for sleeping anyway it’s no problem, I think). The price is fair and matches what you get!

Very good location, affordable and with everything you need for a quick stay in Hanoi! Beds are huuuge and comfy, hot water and they also provide slippers for the bathroom.

Could be nice to have a toilet in the hostel somewhere out of the room, as the glass door and small room doesn’t allow so much intimacy!

The room was nice, with air condition, a phan, nice bed. it's in a perfect location in the heart of the old town and just 10 minutes by walk from the bus stop (bus n.17) that connect the city with the airport.

there are no windows (there is a window but you see the stairs inside the building) you don't have the light and air from outside, so for us wasn't the best.
