Perfect location to explore Hanoi They have Motorbikes for rental. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the Train Street Laundry is right across the street. we would like to come back.

- The room are somewhat small if you want to sit for a while. We’re 185+cm with 2 backpacks and 2 daypacks. - The room needs a paint job. It’s deprecated. - Our bed was sagging, other than that it was okay.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything that I want to visit, so I only had to walk. The staff was very helpful. When the airline lost my baggage, they were kind enough to receive my baggage the night before my stay. The staff is very helpful in recommending where to eat and kind enough to arrange transportation when I wanted to visit Incensive Village. They also do housekeeping everyday so you get refills of everything daily. There is also hot and cold shower. The aircon can make the room cold fast and the bed is very comfortable.

The hotel is somewhat old but it functions well. We also stayed at the 4th floor but we had to go few steps down using the stairs to go to our room from the elevator which is hard when you have baggage but the staff are very helpful in carrying the baggage.

The room was impeccably clean! The entire place had a wonderful ambiance. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay that is both pristine and charming, I would highly recommend booking here. The location is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with an incredible Pho restaurant just across the street that stays open until 3 am. You're within walking distance of everything you'd want to explore. My partner and I are definitely planning to return here! 😄

The location of hotel is spot on. All places are in walkable distance (train street, shopping street, lake). Staff were always very helpful & we booked Ha Long Bay cruise, day city tour & Ninh Binh day tour from them at really good deal. Jenny was always prompt in returning messages. Complete staff is very polite and helpful. They always suggested good places to try Vitenamese food. Rooms were clean.

Perfect location, very helpful staff and good wifi. We could do an early check-in without previous notice, the staff was always able to answer my questions and we stayed in the common area after the check out (waiting for our late night bus). They have a complimentary coffee/tea station in the lounge.

The hotel seems old, tv and fridge didn’t work and the bed wasn’t comfortable enough.

The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. On top of providing a clean and compact room with the necessary facilities, the hotel staff went a step further and helped us with many parts of our trip like arranging budget friendly day trips (cheaper than many other options that you would find online), sim cards, currency exchange, recommendations for good food, arranging taxis and much more. The hotel is at a walking distance from many good restaurants, night market etc. I would highly recommend this hotel for your budget friendly stay at Hanoi.

Great location. This was a functional place to stay for two nights at the end of our time in Vietnam. Staff are super friendly too.

The stairs up to the room was a little cramped, although I get the feeling most places in Hanoi have some level of 'squeeezed in' feel.

Breakfast was included in accommodation fee in Expedia App, but Hotel asked to pay 50,000.00VND/pax, but quality was good.

Once Hotel agreed to my request by email, but reality was different. I requested to put a normal plastic chair/Stool without back in shower room and Hotel accepted/agreed, but I couldn't find it upon arrival, so I asked it to staff in Reception. But nothing. Room was great by picture to accelerate me to book, but it was like capsule when I accommodated there.

Location was spot on right in the old quarter l. We did all our booking with the girl on the reception she was so helpful and they stored our bags when we went on the 3 day bike loop and the 2 day hailong bay cruise

First room had no window and was small we asked for a window and a little bigger and was facilitated.

Great placement in the old quarter where everything to see or do is within walking distance. The staff were amazing even though the language barrier was slightly hard, they sorted us with our phone sims, water whenever we needed and plenty of recommendations.

Very basic rooms but nothing was missing that you would not need typically, comfortable enough staying.
