Beautiful rooms, newly renovated. Spotlessly clean. Double glazed windows significantly reduce outside noise. Very quiet. Great breakfast, super helpful and friendly staff, especially Wendy and the other main guy at the front desk (sorry, didn’t catch your name!), but the whole team are great. Such a great hotel, we came back a 2nd time before flying out from Hanoi 🙂

There’s so many hotels to choose from, if you’re unsure which one to actually book, book this one you won’t be disappointed. Have stayed in so many hotels in Hanoi now, 10/10 the best one! Have recommended to everyone we know to stay here when in Hanoi. Staff are awesome, very helpful, rooms are spacious and suuuuuper clean which is very high in importance for me. Location was perfect, down one of the quieter streets in the Old Quarter so very easy to get to and from (and to cross the road around!), Spa was better than other hotels we’ve stayed at too. Overall just a higher quality (which is a big compliment because most hotels in Hanoi are good quality)

Services could be better. When I arrive wasn’t have anyone at the door to unload my luggages from the car also as I check out. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and compared with similar hotels in the Old Quarter, this hotel provides very poor services.

Good evening, I am pleased to be able to respond to your request for feedback. We returned to your hotel after having three stays with your hotel during a trip last year. Once again, we enjoyed extremely comfortable room accommodation with an excellent bed. The staff are very attentive, with compliments to Robert at the front desk and the rest of the staff who were all very friendly, well presented and eager to assist when needed.

My concern is the quality of the breakfast provided. Juices are obviously watered down and not chilled; apart from the egg station choices provided in the warming trays are not well presented in appearance, quantity or quality. A modern toaster would be a welcome addition; Coffee should be presented hotter; butter portions would be better presented individually in a chilled bowl rather than as a molten mess. My thanks for providing the taxi transfer to the airport on our departure. Although this had been arranged well in advance with Mr Jack Tran and confirmed with Robert and Anna at front desk on check in, there was an issue over payment. This was eventually resolved in the previously agreed manner. We look forward to perhaps having another visit with you in the future.

Just FYI — the room key needs to be in the slot in the room for any power to work — our phones didn’t charge overnight the first two nights because we didn’t realize this.

Excellent value. Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with amazing restaurants, street food, shopping and convenience stores all near the hotel. Most major sightseeing points are within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with good variety and delicious too (0630-0930). The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Toilets were fitted with Toto and very clean. The staff were courteous and very accommodating - particularly Robert and Jack. They also offer tour packages and a spa on site (unfortunately, we did not have time to utilize same). Would highly recommend staying at the Palago! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Everything about this hotel. It's a boutique hotel bit way better than even 4 star hotels we stayed in in Hanoi and other parts of Vietnam. The bed was extremely comfortable, room and bathroom spotless, and the breakfast was decent. We booked a deluxe room as it was a last-minute booking, but when we arrived, we were upgraded to a king room without any charges as they were sold out on the double rooms. Location is great as it is in the old quarter, and the room was fully sound proof, no noise of honking or the busy street although our room faced the street. We loved our stay here, and if we come bk to Hanoi, this is the hotel we would pick again. The hotel even arranged for hotel pick up and kudos to the proactive staff. Very pleasant and helpful.

Well, where to start?! This hotel is class! It’s really difficult to find anything negative about the place, the rooms are tastefully decorated, have a comfortable bed, safety deposit box, tea, coffee and water along with a minibar. There is no outlook from the window, but they’ve made the view artful and interesting. Centrally located on the edge of a very busy street, there is no disturbance inside the hotel, no traffic noise can be heard. Breakfast is amazing!! Reception staff are friendly and informative. The whole hotel is spotless clean - I’m a clean freak so it takes a lot for me to say that. The only slight negative feedback I would give is that they have small teaspoons in the olives, sauces etc, so the handles end up falling all the way in. I’m not sure why they don’t use longer handled spoons and tongs. The toaster is fine for croissants, but no good for regular bread. And a staff member behind the bar was clearly not on top form as she sneezed several times and kept wiping at her nose with her hands and didn’t wash them. I’d really like to have seen hand sanitizer somewhere around the hotel. It seems that all of the places we’ve visited so far at this side of the world have forgotten that Covid is still out there. Would we book again? Without a doubt!

It’s difficult to find something to dislike. Perhaps the gym. It’s just a couple of exercise pieces in a very cramped space with no air conditioning.

Our stay at Palago Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The room exceeded our expectations, being exactly as described – spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bathroom was generously sized and offered the luxury of both a bath and a shower. Breakfast was a visual and culinary treat, with every dish fresh and mouthwateringly delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. To top it all off, the hotel’s location was unbeatable, making it the perfect base for exploring Hanoi. I wholeheartedly recommend Palago Hotel for anyone visiting the city

Firstly the staff, particularly Wendy - are incredible! Wendy went out of her way to help us organise a car for a trip we wanted to do without a tour company. We were also able to check in early which was great. The hotel is spotless, incredibly clean. The room we got was big, and very soundproofed despite being in the busy centre and great blackout curtains - we slept so well. Also the best air con we’ve had in our trip so far. Location is perfect to explore Hanoi.
