We arrive in Hanoi with smooth and prompt assistance from the hotel. We are a large group, so we know it can get a little bit hectic. But the staff made it so easy to check in and arranging our stay. The hotel was within walking distance to the famous Hoan Kiem area, so it was a short walk back to the hotel from the central part of town. It is located on the quiet street so our night was calm and peaceful. Ms. Huyen noticed our niece and cousin's birthdays and kindly surprised us with the cake at our checkout Which was incredibly thoughtful and kind. We really appreciate the staff 🙏

Our stay was delightful. The staff was really helpful even long before we arrived in Hanoi. They helped our family book domestic flights to Dien Bien Phu, coordinated the online check-in, and booked the sleeping bus tickets for us for the following day. So well organized! In addition, the room was cleaned everyday and the beds were so comfy. Ms. Huyen made sure that we had everything we needed. We could not have had such a great vacation without their help. It meant a lot to us. This level of attention to detail and customer care is very commendable. We will strongly recommend Lullaby Hanoi Hotel and will stay there again in the future. I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come. I strongly recommend it to you. I hope that people who see this comment will also have a wonderful and pleasant trip in Vietnam.

I have no dissatisfaction

We loved absolutely everything about this place. From the person who met us at the airport, to the lovely young man who helped with our bags, to all reception staff, no matter what time of the day we encountered them, they were always friendly, polite, and happy to answer our questions and help us out. The room was spotless, and we appreciated the daily complimentary water and fruit/rice snacks. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and at night it was lovely and quiet outside, so a good sleep was had by all. They recommended, and booked for us, a day trip to Halong Bay and it was just magic. We can't recommend this hotel enough - the location was absolutely perfect (walking distance to absolutely everything), the staff were amazing, and the room was always clean and well presented.

We liked everything

This property is an easy walk from the train station and an even easier walk to Hanoi's famous train street. You can also walk to the old quarter but for everything else it's an convenient grab ride. The room was large and well appointed (fridge and hair dryer!). The manager Ms. Huyen was awesome: she reached out to me before I arrived on whatsapp, let me check in early, and let me extend my stay an extra night via text with no issues. If you're looking for somewhere conveniently located, reasonably priced, and with a friendly staff to stay in central Hanoi give this place a go!

Everything was good!

The greatest assets at this hotel are the staff, from the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with such warmth and professionalism. Every single member of staff were friendly, polite and always smiling. The receptionists were very knowledgeable on the local area and were always on hand to assist us, if required. As soon as we had booked the hotel, we received WhatsApp messages from Huyen to help with transfer from airport to hotel and any excursions we might like to go on. The whole team at the front desk Huyen, Noah, Alex and David were exceptional, as was Hao the bellman and the housekeeping team Mai and Thanh - always service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. They all made our first stay in Vietnam very special.

There wasn’t really anything not to like. OK it isn’t a five star hotel and it could do with a bit of maintenance in places - for example toilet seat was loose and a shelf in the en-suite was wonky, sometimes there was a bit of a whiff from the drains, but did this spoil our stay, absolutely not.

We stayed here only one night at the beginning of our trip and had a flight out early the next day. Now that I have stayed at a few places in Vietnam, I have to say this bed was one of the comfiest softest beds we slept in. All our other beds were quite firm but this hotel had wonderful comfortable beds. The hotel is only one or two rooms per floor and there are about 6 floors, and it is smaller but we had a wonderful sleep here. The staff was a standout, I had been in contact with them prior to arriving in Vietnam via Whatsapp and they arranged a number of things on my behalf (hair appointments, drivers, etc.) They also checked in with us after we left to make sure we arrived safely in Da Nang and exchanged cash for me right at the hotel for a reasonable exchange rate.

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Huyen was especially fantastic - her communication was excellent, always quick to respond on WhatsApp, and she was eager to assist however possible, including helping to organise tours and making sure everything ran smoothly. On our first night, another friendly staff member (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) welcomed us warmly and gave us some great local food recommendations, which really set the tone for our stay. One moment that stood out was when our daughter left her sweater in the room after check-out - they kindly offered to deliver it to our next hotel free of charge, which we really appreciated. The location was another highlight, just steps from Train Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were modest but clean and perfect for our needs, as we were mainly out and about and only needed a comfortable place to freshen up and sleep. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay - we’d definitely return!
