We loved everything about this hotel! Lovely premises, perfect location, delicious food and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. We would like to give a special thanks to Darius at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us get hold of the Vietnamese seasoning we were looking for. This level of service is not something we expect, so we are deeply impressed and grateful. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to Hanoi.

Lovely little crash pad in a great location-literally 1 minute from Train Street and an easy walk to the pedestrianised area of the Old Town (crossing roads in Hà Nội is interesting…!). The manager, Tony, speaks impeccable English and was very helpful. It was windy and chilly when we were there, so we didn’t enjoy the Sky Bar or the pool but both looked nice. The bed was super comfy and we had a room at the back, which is better if you want a quiet night! We all had massages on arrival before checking in and this was a lovely start. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overall it was great, however, breakfast was a bit hit and miss, lovely service and restaurant but our daughter is Coeliac and I had pre-warned the hotel about this. It took a bit of explaining regarding the issue with cross-contamination and would help if they had some safely packed items or a separate area. For a 4* hotel, this is something they should be on top of. Also don’t like that you had to pay extra for a decent cup of coffee. The room was over £200 for the night, so I would expect a decent cup of coffee for that in the morning.

Felt like a lovely traditional boutique hotel, with the helpfulness of the staff being the best asset. Very comfortable beds Great breakfasts, with a fab take away breakfast on our last day when we had an early flight. Special thanks to Laura for answering my many questions and helping us with booking trips and even restaurant recommendations. This is a very convenient place for walking to all sites within the old city and pickups for excursions. Highly recommend a massage here.

The room felt quite small and the balcony described as a double balcony was very small, only big enough for one person to stand on. The pool is lovely but only room for 5sun beds and always full when we tried to use.

We spent two nights at the Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa and had a satisfying experience. The hotel is excellently located, making it easy to explore some of Hanoi's top attractions like Train Street, the French Quarter, and the Old Quarter. The convenience of the location allowed us to make the most of our short stay. We would also like to specifically mention Christine at the reception, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Another enjoyable part of our visit was the delightful conversation we had with Mark at the sky bar. The stunning views and Mark's friendly demeanor made our evening truly special.

This was our last stay in Vietnam and clearly the best. We had already been in Saigon and SaPa. Aira hotel was clean and sophisticated. They upgraded us to the best room in the hotel at no extra charge. Due to a travel issue, we needed to stay in Hanoi and extra day and they allowed us to extend our stay for the same discounted rate. On our last day they gave us a late check out. Our flight wasn’t leaving until 11:30 pm and we were out and about in hot and humid Hanoi. The staff allowed us to shower in the spa area and provided towels and a nice space. They were also very helpful in accessing cabs and giving us tips. Tom in particular was very helpful and kind. We felt very looked after. The restaurant and sky bar are also fantastic. The food was delicious. The hotel is centrally located and close to train street and many restaurants.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Hanoi. It is central, but situated outside the old quarter. You can easily walk to most points of interest. The restaurants we liked most were also all in the close proximity of the hotels location. Their service is excellent. Everyone was competent, friendly and helpful. We organized our trips to Halong bay and Sapa through the hotel and were very happy with their offers.

The hotel features a higher standard and it is good. We booked different room categories between our trips, and I would say the more expensive option with the balcony was not worth it. The room was not ready bigger and the balcony you cannot really use because of the street noise and the emission fumes. Otherwise really no complaints!

We stayed for 3 nights in total and they stored our luggage for the 3 days we were elsewhere. Got a room upgrade both times and some free drinks vouchers for the bar, which was a nice addition. This is very nice hotel, a bit too nice for the amount of time we ended up using it, which is a bit of a shame. Very close to Train Street, if you like that sort of thing, but quiet at night. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful.

Laundry was charged by item, which made it more expensive than other places that charge by weight. Overall, quite expensive by Vietnamese standards.

This hotel was incredible. Great facilities and comfortable rooms. But the best part of this hotel is the staff. Myself and my partner spent 5 nights in Hanoi. One night I was not feeling well and went into the first stages of anaphylaxis. The staff went above and beyond to help us and keep us calm. They helped us get to a hospital and called ahead to let them know what was happened. I cannot thank them enough for their support and service that day. Would recommend to anyone to stay here based on the staff alone.

The hotel is in a great location, on the edge of the old quarter, about 200 yards from train street. It was clean, comfortable, with a lovely restaurant & great food. The absolute best though were the staff. Everyone was so friendly but especially Dong (Tony) on reception. He helped us on many occasions with other hotel bookings & recommendations. We ended up using it 4 times, as our hotel of choice whenever we came through Hanoi on our travels. We also used the Aira hotel in Hoi An, which was just as lovely. We will be recommending it to our friends.

They have worked hard to reduce the noise levels from the street but ultimately it’s a very busy, noisy city which you can hear in the background. Not the hotels fault….just be aware.

This was a really nice hotel located in the old quarter and really close to Train Street. All staff were really friendly & helpful especially when our Ha Long Bay trip was cancelled at the last minute due to weather - booking us for an extra night & finding us a day trip to Ninh Binh Nice breakfast & lovely restaurant staff It was our honeymoon & they upgraded us & decorated our room at check in which was lovely
