We loved everything about this hotel! Lovely premises, perfect location, delicious food and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. We would like to give a special thanks to Darius at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us get hold of the Vietnamese seasoning we were looking for. This level of service is not something we expect, so we are deeply impressed and grateful. We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers to Hanoi.

Lovely little crash pad in a great location-literally 1 minute from Train Street and an easy walk to the pedestrianised area of the Old Town (crossing roads in Hà Nội is interesting…!). The manager, Tony, speaks impeccable English and was very helpful. It was windy and chilly when we were there, so we didn’t enjoy the Sky Bar or the pool but both looked nice. The bed was super comfy and we had a room at the back, which is better if you want a quiet night! We all had massages on arrival before checking in and this was a lovely start. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overall it was great, however, breakfast was a bit hit and miss, lovely service and restaurant but our daughter is Coeliac and I had pre-warned the hotel about this. It took a bit of explaining regarding the issue with cross-contamination and would help if they had some safely packed items or a separate area. For a 4* hotel, this is something they should be on top of. Also don’t like that you had to pay extra for a decent cup of coffee. The room was over £200 for the night, so I would expect a decent cup of coffee for that in the morning.

We spent two nights at the Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa and had a satisfying experience. The hotel is excellently located, making it easy to explore some of Hanoi's top attractions like Train Street, the French Quarter, and the Old Quarter. The convenience of the location allowed us to make the most of our short stay. We would also like to specifically mention Christine at the reception, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Another enjoyable part of our visit was the delightful conversation we had with Mark at the sky bar. The stunning views and Mark's friendly demeanor made our evening truly special.

The hotel is in a great location, on the edge of the old quarter, about 200 yards from train street. It was clean, comfortable, with a lovely restaurant & great food. The absolute best though were the staff. Everyone was so friendly but especially Dong (Tony) on reception. He helped us on many occasions with other hotel bookings & recommendations. We ended up using it 4 times, as our hotel of choice whenever we came through Hanoi on our travels. We also used the Aira hotel in Hoi An, which was just as lovely. We will be recommending it to our friends.

They have worked hard to reduce the noise levels from the street but ultimately it’s a very busy, noisy city which you can hear in the background. Not the hotels fault….just be aware.

The hotel restaurant was excellent both for the included breakfast but dinner as well. The rooftop bar was very nice and the staff were friendly and fun. The room was comfortable and the location was superb as it was so close to the Old Quarter. An easy walk to explore or get a Grab ride. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when arranging anything we needed including cooking classes, restaurants or tours.

The pool and fitness area seemed like they were just there but not very enticing but we weren't really interested in those facilities so it was ok.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay here. The location is great - right on the edge of the Old Quarter and about a 2 min walk from the famous Train Street. The hotel itself is lovely and our room was spacious and very clean. The staff are the stand out feature though - they could not have been more helpful and friendly. The Essence restaurant served fabulous food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We also used the hotel service to book our airport transfer and a day trip to Ha Long Bay which was fabulous and so cheap ($70USD each). I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Hanoi and I will certainly stay again when we return!

For a hotel listed as 3-star on Google, this place is exceptional. It gives guests 4-5 star treatment from the welcome drink and smooth check-in process to the room amenities. Staff are on hand for anything you need. I was upgraded to the King Suite, which is enormous and has a nice balcony overlooking the street outside. There is a double set of doors out to the balcony so it is impressively quiet at night. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a big shower. Overall, the room was very attractive with nice luxury touches. The Sky Bar has great music and creative cocktails. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the Old Quarter but it is just down the road from Train Street and has great non-tourist places to eat in the vicinity.

Location was great, an easy walk to ‘Train Street’ in the heart of Hanoi. The room was spacious and clean. It had a small balcony which provided a good view. The staff were very attentive and those we spoke to spoke good English. The breakfast offered reasonably good selections, although some other hotels we stayed at were more generous. There was a rooftop pool and bar which, with more time and better weather we might have better utilised. Overall our stay was a very enjoyable one, if only for one night.

We were upgraded to a ‘better’ (family) room but the balcony was very small. We had picked our original room in part because of the large balcony. On reflection I would in these situations (when kindly offered an upgrade) ask to see the original booked room so as to choose.

The staff were just wonderful! Friendly, incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble! The location was perfect: in the old quarter but slightly removed from the really busy, noisy area. The hotel also arranged 2 trips for us and these were excellent too I also had an amazing massage there The skybar was vertiginous but fun! Would highly recommend staying here!

No issues with the hotel, but Hanoi is a noisy, polluted place and unless you're way out of town, it's hard to ignore the traffic and permanent smog

This hotel is amazing we stayed here afew weeks ago whilst travelling through South East Asia and this was our favourite hotel. The manager kindly upgraded us to celebrate lunar new year which was really appreciated. The staff here are really friendly and welcoming with lots of useful tips on Vietnam and the local area. It’s definitely worth a visit to the sky bar and restaurant. If you are looking to visit Train Street it’s literally 2 minutes walk away 🚂 We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Hanoi, thank you for an amazing experience.
