Location was great, walking distance to the lake, local shops, markets, coffee shops and restaurant, and most importance is quiet area. Accommodating and friendly staff.

We’re a group of friends travel together to Asia countries and Vietnam was the top. The locals were so friendly and helpful. Aquarius team made our stay memorable.

The hot water was not up to standard. We booked a room with a tub, and I was so looking forward to at least one great bath. I’m tall and the tub was nice and deep and long enough even for me. The problem was the scalding hot water ran out a few inches into the tub and I couldn’t get anywhere near enough water to fill the tub. Only got about 1/3 full when hot water ran out. I was, needless to say, extremely disappointed. Not worth booking a room with tub!

Thanks for making our trip that amazing! This is a brilliant hotel right in the heart of Hanoi. The staffs were super friendly and helpful who helped us to organize all of our travels around Hanoi and to Halong bay, Ha Giang and Ninh Binh,... Our room has a super comfortable big bed. The shower was fabulous with great water pressure, air conditioning was brilliant, Wi-Fi was good too. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to everyone coning to Hanoi.

When my wife was feeling unwell, she went out of her way to prepare special meals for her and personally delivered them to our room. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care were beyond anything I have ever experienced at a hotel. But what truly left me speechless was the extraordinary kindness of Mr. Viet Anh. He went above and beyond his duty, not only helping with the Bell Desk but also personally cooking and steaming food for my wife when she was sick. At the Front Desk, I had the pleasure of meeting two amazing individuals who made my stay even more special: Ms. Thao (Daytime) – She is kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction with her was a delight, and she ensured that all my needs were met with a warm smile and outstanding professionalism. She also guided me to the best restaurants in town, ensuring that I had the most authentic and enjoyable dining experience Mr. Trang Tran Le Minh (Evening) – A young gentleman with excellent English, polite manners, and a great sense of professionalism. His attentiveness and friendly nature made my experience seamless and enjoyable. The entire team, from the Bell Desk (Viet Anh & Tu), the Front Desk (Ms. Thao & Mr. Minh), to the Kitchen (Ms. Hong), was simply outstanding. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made this stay one of the best I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a hotel in Hanoi that not only provides luxury and convenience but also genuine care, kindness, and world-class service, this is the place to be. I will absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

We booked last minute bc our Vietnamese visas were delayed. Aquarius Premium Hotel is ideally located in proximity to .,.. everything! We opted for a suite, which was perfect: spacious, clean and nicely decorated,, bed was comfortable, & balcony had a desirable Old Quarter view. We loved it! The hotel staff is friendly, efficient and engaging. Shout out to Ms Len, Thao, Mr Nam and all other hotel staff - from front desk to housekeepers to breakfast chef to security at the front door - for making our stay easy, enjoyable and fun. They arranged an overnight trip to Ninh Binh for us, and that was a highlight. A mention that breakfast features made to order omelettes and pho, and the buffet has hot and cold items including eggs, bacon, fruit, pasties, yogurt...everything to kick off your day. We'll def stay here when we return. Why wouldn't we - they're like our family now! 🪷

I booked about five rooms for my family. My room was on the top floor and was very spacious. Some of the rooms that my family were in were a little bit small but that is okay as we were out exploring most of the day. If you just need a place to sleep and relax at the end of a long day exploring Hanoi, this is the hotel for you. It was a fairly recent build and when I stayed there it was very clean and the staff was very hospitable. They help me rent a motorbike and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a hotel that won't break the bank and still provides some luxury.

The location is perfect - just a little away from the main market roads and hence peaceful. it's at a walking distance from the train street, from the beer street, and the Hoaj Kiem lake as well. A short ride away from Temple of Literature and West Lake. The hotel is quite clean and very well maintained. Rooms have all necessary amenities and promtply cleaned and made-up each morning. Overall, amazing stay and experience. Highly recommend.

The only difficulty we had was breakfast options - vegetatian items are quite limited and if you end up going a little late - around 9am or after, you'll only find what is left of the morning stock - there isn't fresh restocking as a practice.

The location of the property was ideal for visiting Old Town attractions. Lovely local flair abounded within a few short steps. Coffee, local food and shopping are just steps away from the front door. The staff was absolutely amazing and the customer service was top notch. Nam literally saved me so much time, headaches and tears in assisting me in getting my phone sorted. From the warm and friendly front desk staff to the breakfast team, each person greeted me with a smile and curious about my day, My most favorite hotel in Hanoi and I will be booking with them again!

There was absolutely not a thing I would change.
