Thank you for the nice experience of staying in Hanoi, the beginning and end of the trip in Vietnam. You have extremely comfortable beds, the bedding smells good. I would like to praise your two employees at the reception, namely the woman with glasses, which she wore from time to time, and the guy with glasses, who was very talkative. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, they were on the 8th of January in the evening when we came back from the trip at eight o'clock. The boy told us in the conversation that he no longer consumes sugar, he drank one green drink. 🤩Maybe that's how he'll recognize himself. Both are very friendly, talkative, helpful and give off good energy. When the boy saw us the second time at the hotel, when we arrived after the New Year, he was very happy for us and it's really nice when the receptionist greets you like that. Both also speak English well. Once again, thanks and kudos to the team, the aforementioned lady and gentleman. Unfortunately, we didn't get to say goodbye to the two of them because they finished their shift while we were out for a walk. This hotel is in a narrow street with many food stands and restauration. Hanoi Railway station is from 15 min walk. Room was comfy, well equiped, clean. Good value for money for 3 nights. Breakfast is good, mainly asian foods, but you can ask an omlette too. Many things are from walking distance (Train street, Temple of Litterature, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, St Joseph cathedral, Lake Hoan Kiem, etc). Hotel offers umbrella if you need. They save your luggage if you go to a 2 days excursion. Our 2nd staying of 2 nights was upgraded to a bigger room, many thanks.

Corridor is a little used, mainly the carpet.

The room was a very good size, the bathroom was clean and comfortable to use. I noted several hooks for hanking towels and clothes - a little thing but makes a difference. Good cupboards for hanging clothes. I like there is a window to open for fresh air. The location is excellent, step outside the door to a lively street food precinct. 24hr shop next door. Easy to get a Grab at the end of the street.

If you want all the offerings of breakfast, get in early. I was a bit slow. But traditional breakfast in the street is cheap and plentiful.

Amazing location! Close to everything we needed. Staff were very attentive and we had everything we needed in the room.

We had a small issue with the shower in our room where it was either really hot or really cold. It was difficult to get the biting point correct. We told the staff who offered to send up an engineer to sort. At breakfast it could get a little busy if everyone was eating at a similar time. Otherwise lovely.

Everything in this place exceeds my expectations! The staffs were approachable and very accommodating, specially Hoang who helped me upgraded my room for free and let me do an early check-in as I was really exhausted during my travel; the location is perfect as you can walk all through the tourist spots and market, lots of places to eat just outside, the bed is very comfy, big and clean, as well as the bathroom. They even have a free coffee in the room! Breakfast buffet is complimentary though I was not really enjoying it that much as they mostly have some oily food, but still good as they offer some fruits. It’s a very good place to stay for a very good price. They also offer an airport pick-up and transfer. I highly recommend this place and we definitely would stay here when we get back to Vietnam.

Comfy beds in the room, good location. The hotel is next to train street. Staff are so helpful and always smiling (especially Tommy giving us advice on local things to do). We stayed here several times as we done Ha Long Bay/Ha Giang Loop and they were very accommodating for storing our luggage whilst we were away. Laundry service is so quick and really good. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great and the breakfast was good

One night I had noisy people checking in late and very loudly complaining right outside my door for around an hour when I was trying to sleep. Not a bad point for the hotel but maybe try to ensure guests don’t disturb other guests trying to sleep.

Staff is just amazing! Very helpful and treated us so well. The bedroom and bath were awesome and we were really comfortable. We also really like the location at the old quarter. Makes it easy to walk to bars restaurants and touristic attractions. We used the airport pick up service from them and it was very convenient and easy. They also had options to book tours that we ended up not using.

Not a lot to put in here. The one thing was the smoke smell from breakfast and the persistent food smell in the elevator. Should probably ventilate these areas a bit better.

Second time for us in this hotel . Absolutely love it . Fantastic location, right next to train street and so much good food right on the doorstep. Always someone to open the door into a lovely cool classy lounge area . Lift to all floors. Staff are so polite and friendly . Will definitely be back here , the room is pretty small but enough room with good block out blinds . A wardrobe and little fridge and a safe . Air con and wall mounted fan . . Bathroom again is small but is a really nice space .spotlessly clean.The only thing we both found was the mattress is a little hard , but no mattress is perfect for everyone.

Loved everything

The hotel was very nice. The hotel room was spacious and well equipped. heating with AC was very good. There are many good restaurants around the hotel. There is a railway line near the hotel that runs between the houses. The old town and center is close, about 15 minutes walk. The breakfasts were very good.
