The room is good at a reasonable price. The Memory Hotel is near Hanoi Railway Station and it is convenient for those traveling by train. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I borrowed a desk lamp for reading and they gave me one immediately. The toilet is clean and it has a fancy lighted mirror.

The wifi signal is weak and it's a little bit hard to work if your business works need to access the internet. The Hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarter, so the TV is kind of old fashion ^^ but it's still good. You can hear the noise from the traffic outside and that's ok fine for a short stay period. The room is a bit small but for the price it is ok.

Location, clean room

Charge for laundry (50.000 VND for 1,5kg), they returned to me clothes after few hours - wet, with stains and not cleaned at all. Looks like they just applied a bit of water with softener on it and dried a bit.

The staff is really friendly available to help.

It was hard to sleep because some other guests were really loud.

The location was amazing! I got sick during my stay in Hanoi so we spent a lot of time in the room; it was pretty comfortable. The staff were very kind too. We enjoyed our stay!

I like the best possible location of this hotel. It was possible to extend for one night longer. Owner was very comunicative. He is positive person.
