Set on a very lively street the hotel is in a great location to be close enough to the old quarter while being far enough to have some peace. It’s in a very local area so you feel quite immersed here. The building is modern and minimalist and the rooms are nicely decorated with some artistic touches. In a chaotic city like Hanoi it’s nice to have a bit of peace at night. Clean towels, sheets, affordable laundry, toiletries provided means good value for money.

Only gripe is that the windows aren’t soundproof so expect some street noise late in the evening and in the morning. Saying this it’s very quiet at night so sleep isn’t an issue.

The staff and the vibe of the place! Everyone is so friendly from the people at reception, to the doorman and the daily cleaning ladies. I really enjoyed the room itself also - really clean, well lit, comfortable bedding! I would stay here again just to enjoy the rooms. Location also fantastic and quiet - perfectly close to everything but not in the chaos.

Only point of improvement is breakfast, which was simple and lacked fruits! Not a big deal at all however as we went out to try the local delicacies in the morning instead!!

Perfectly located just outside of the busiest streets of the old town, but walkable to many key locations. Rooms were a decent size, well equipped and with hard but comfortable beds, and a small but pretty balcony to the street below. Staff were very friendly with good English

The breakfast is really basic, basically some bread and eggs. As we were vegan the only option was black coffee and bread and jam. There are tons of good breakfast options nearby so as long as you're not expecting too much it's no problem.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are very modern and clean. The rooms and hotel have almost a Scandinavian vibe to them. The hotel is in a great location to visit local attractions without the hecticness I found in the centre of Old Quarter. There are also some great cafes/restaurants nearby and a laundrette just around the corner that will clean and deliver your clothes the same day to the hotel. I would definitely stay here in the future and would recommend friends and family staying in Hanoi to do the same. Great value for money.

Excellent decor and architecture helped provide a lovely comfortable stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Located a bit further out from Hanoi Old Quarter so nice and quiet which we found a positive but something to consider if you’re not keen on the ~15min walk to the more popular areas. We didn’t have the breakfast as wanted to eat out so cannot comment as per other reviews.

On a quiet street with many higher end restaurants. Close to train street as well. We stayed in a room that had a balcony which provided a nice view of the street below. Room was very basic but it is what we were looking for. Can't complain about this place.

Breakfast was lacking but not really an issue for us because we liked to go out to eat.

Great location. Very friendly helpful staff. Had the 2 bedroom suite and it was huge. Very modern and clean with 2 full size bathrooms and use of washing machine was fantastic

Both receptionist, the girl and Mr Hom were polite and helpful. Clean room, good location. Close to Ha Li hairsalon. Close to Muslim restaurant. Walking distances. Room is bright. Not a noisy area. Overall, a pleasant stay at Mia Casa by Satori.

Perfect location. Room large and clean. We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful . Washing machine was a bonus !

Would have been better if the 2nd bathroom was upside with the bedroom as stairs a bit scary to navigate in the middle of night
