On floor 7… 1. Bed is very comfortable; fluffy comforter and white linens 2. Clean white streamlined decor 3. Storage space is ample 4. Window opens 5. Lighting optimal in room/ bathroom 6. Flooring (not carpet) 7. Air/ Heating unit very effective 8. Bathroom modernized - Shower unit/ Sink/ Toilet 9. Hot water in shower unit lasts 10. Last but not least: Super fantastic customer service of management and staff. All have been incredibly helpful and accommodating

Driver missed the alley both times. The alley-like pathway can be scary Floor 4 1. Didn’t fully appreciate the creative artistry of room decor. Creepy. Floor 7 1. Desk and chair should be suitable as a work space; as is you have to sit sideways in chair at desk which isn’t comfortable. 2. Trash can for the bathroom 3. Disposable key cards

Mia was truly an impressive hotel, a real gem hidden in plain sight among the high energy of the city. That being said, the activity surrounding the hotel never undermined its calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were always especially kind, helpful and attentive no matter what, which was the highlight of our stay. The modern, sleek, clean rooms were quiet enough to be able to recharge after a day of activities, sightseeing, even partying. A big thank you goes out to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back to Hanoi!

We read some positive reviews and decided to stay at Mia and we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional hospitality by all the staff. All the staff are so friendly and helpful in every way. They check up on you to see if there's anything you would need during your stay and take the initiative to make/confirm reservations, provide recommendations, and suggest things you may need before you even ask. They even provided us with a dinner box as we were leaving to make sure we wouldn't be hungry for our night flight. Best hotel experience we had abroad and would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi. We were very satisfied staying here!!!

There are no words to truly do Vietnam and its wonderful people/ culture justice but I will begin at the Mia. Here the Mia has clearly researched and become an expert within the travel industry. The place simply did not disappoint. The hotel itself is incredible its rooms are of a high standard and the hotel is spotless! It is beautiful and combines the perfect amount of ornate style with modern amenities and preferences. The staff - this has got to be the most outstanding feature of this hotel. We were welcomed with drinks, warm towels and smiles from all the staff. The staff continued to excel themselves throughout the trip chatting away to us when they were able and working hard to provide professional swift service. Thank you Mia for starting our experience within Vietnam so wonderfully!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service level demonstrated by this hotel is exemplary and we have never experienced such thoughtful and warm service from a hotel before. Since we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by the staff with a smile. From then on, all our concerns and questions are handled. They made sure our stay were comfortable. The rooms are also very luxurious. Breakfast was one of the most delicious ones we had in Hanoi - too bad we couldn't eat it again on checkout day as we had to leave early to the airport. All in all, this hotel truly deserves the number one hotel in Hanoi. It's not just the rooms and facilities but the staff that made this hotel stand out among all the hotels in the city.

We checked in for a 3 day 2 night stay and we wished we stayed longer! The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully designed. The hotel was a great respite from the busy streets of Hanoi. We were welcomed with a drink upon check-in and assisted by the best staffs member. They were extremely hospitable and gave us great recommendations for food and anctivities around Hanoi, and checked with us throughout our stay to see if we managed to get to our destination safely. Overall, I’ll definitely stay here again! The cleanliness of the hotel, coupled with the amazing staff members made this a really memorable stay!

Choosing a hotel in Hanoi was very difficult for me as I had no idea what to expect and the reviews for this hotel were varied. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late and the staff were so accommodating and helpful when we arrived. They did everything to get us into our rooms as fast as possible. The staff are all so friendly and within the first few days they could remember our room numbers, how many people we were travelling with, how we had our coffee and our names. The hotel organized and recommended tours, all hotels do this yes, however, at this hotel they asked us personal questions to tailor the experience for us. They always followed up and were interested in our feedback. They also asked us what we enjoyed so that they could recommend to others. They gave us advice on everything from how to stay safe to crossing the road, anyone who has been to Hanoi knows how hard this can be. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful during our stay. Hotel receptionist was very kind and helpful during our stay and also assisted our booking for bus to Sapa. Location was also great as there were malls nearby. Room was very clean and lovely and bed was very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely come back to this hotel again.

Window view was disappointing due to the walls blocking it and nearby building construction was a bit of a disturbance.

We have just spent a fabulous three nights stay at Mia Hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were very kind and attentive and work hard to make everything perfect for your stay. We left for an overnight trip to Sapa and they were happy to store our cases for us, which is really helpful and we look forward to being back here for one night afterwards. Airport pickup was smooth and stress free, lots of tips of places to visit. The location is so perfect, right in the centre of everything but still quiet enough when you close the door! Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed in Mia during our time in Hanoi and had such an amazing experience. Every single staff I’ve interacted with was incredibly helpful and responsive. They made our stay memorable. I believe the hotel was recently renovated. It’s very clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast has a great selection. Lastly, I really like the location. It’s in a quiet section of the city. You are away from the noise for a good night sleep, but also just a few minutes walk from what’s happening. I have no doubt that I will stay at Mia again if I return to Hanoi.
