There service was up to the mark Receiption was very helpful, if you want to checkout late night no problem also the size and cleanliness was great. There was e shoe cleaning machine on the ground floor, I like it lol. There is a shopping center and a cinema just opposite of the road, you will like it.

At the first day of your stay, you have to pay all days payment.This is little weired.

Price was reasonable and the location was met my expectation. That is only two things i found satisfied.

The honest of receptionist. I booked via booking and payment when i checked in. However, after the payment, i checked my Booking App and found that the facility self-cancel my stays. I think they were trying to avoid the tax. Aside of that, there has German Cockroach inside the room, especially the locker and the floor. I have noticed to the property at my checking out.

Pathetic behaviour of the staffs. So ill mannered, arrogant, so unruly. The end phase of our Vietnam trip was shattered with the worst ever hospitality one could imagine. I am sure this wont change with my comments coz the staffs are like this be gene.

The staffs were rude, unruly & very arrogant. They didn’t understand a bit of english & were very snubbish. We had to pick our lugagges & they were found to be making fun of us in their language. Highly dissapointed by their unruly behaviour & stone hearted hospitality.
