So I stayed at this amazing hotel for like 4 days, and even though I wasn't always hanging out in the hotel itself, I totally vibed with the chill atmosphere and super friendly staff. The place is spotless and looks brand new – I loved it! My room was huge and comfy, perfect for my 4-day stay. Huge shoutout to Mr. Key, the duty manager he was super helpful and genuinely cared about making my stay awesome. He's actually an EXAMPLE for others with his top-notch hospitality! And Zdung Total rockstar for always being there to help me out with whatever I needed. Big thanks to the whole Team.

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. Beautiful with lots of space, bathrooms were stunning, beds were comfy, tv in each room with access to great choice of channels and kitchen area suited all our needs. Gym and swimming pool were great! Kids loved the free chocolate hour - such a treat. Staff were very helpful. Great place to stay, would recommend. The location is about 30 mins taxi to old quarter and French quarter.

The staff were from the beginning to end absolutely wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and had spacious rooms. We loved staying there. Only thing is that it is a bit out of the way from central Hanoi but if you need to stay in West Hanoi, this is the best place to be.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Service was excellent and food at the hotel was great. All staff were fantastic especially the bellhops/door men!

Pool was not heated and too cold for use which was a shame. Location is a little far out from old Hanoi but it means it’s nice and quiet. No spa/salon but there is a great one 300m from the hotel so no big deal.

Located in a business district, around 30 minutes drive from the old town and close to the highway that leads to the airport; the hotel is close to multiple restaurants and cafes, crowded during working hours and quiet at night The room was spacious, well designed, well equipped and very clean, with a comfortable bed The indoor pool is very big and has a convenient schedule for both early birds and night owls The restaurant is serving great food from all around the world The breakfast is one of the greatest we had in Vietnam, catering to all tastes The staff is very helpful and pleasant We booked the stay in the middle of the night, half hour before arriving and we received fast confirmation; the room was already prepared when we checked in

The water temperature at the pool was a bit low

This one-year old hotel has got it right. My room was superb -- good aircon control, universal plugs and USB ports, lovely faux-marble bathroom, sound proof, and spacious. The 3 elevators were fast. The ground-floor restaurant put on an excellent breakfast and lunch. The approach to the front of the hotel is well-designed and set back from the street. Staff keep vehicles and people moving. The front desk staff were superb, with just enough English to get things done properly. The location on the edge of a business district is (relatively) easier to access by taxi/car. Good restaurants nearby.

There is no bar space in which to meet others over a drink. The 9th floor restaurant, Flourworx, is in a dreary, noisy space located beside a swimming pool. There is no view and no access to fresh air. The kitchen looks entirely temporary. The bar is worse: to mix a drink they had to get ingredients from the first floor. While the food is excellent I stopped eating there because of its dreariness. Forcing guests into this restaurant (the first floor was not open for dinner) is a mistake.

The suites are stunning and clean. Me and my family loved this hotel so much, friendly staff at the front desk

Great variety of food at breakfast and the staff service (guest relationship manager) was excellent. Also love the warm Japanese toilet seat!

There is no table in the room. Even though we booked a lower room category (which was not that cheap either), the hotel is located in a business district where majority if not all guests stay for business purpose, so I just find it strange they build rooms without tables.

The staff are really friendly and helpful with every request I popped up. I like the modern decor in rooms, everything looks new and clean

The location! It is not in city center. every tourist spot is far from the place.
