for those who travel through Vietnam and especially from Hanoi to Mi Cang Chai, that's probably the ideal place to stop It's right on the bus route and driver will drop you off exactly in front of the home stay and the owner will meet you the accommodations have enough (EU standards) to make you relax and the hosts are just amazing and super caring definitely go for the dinner cooked by the host as its both super tasty and also lots of fun meeting hosts, other guests and hearing the stories also they are very good to organise tracking and tours with local guides (we had amazing day out) overall...super cool place!

As per my previous reviews, I would prefer to write something negative to ensure you wouldn't be booking and leaving me with having to choose another hotel when I do visit. There are of course small issues here and there but it's just such a lovely room and the staff are very friendly.

WiFi a tad slow sometimes but that's normal in all of Hanoi.

good location, taxi can stop in front of the door. not super clean but nothing to complain about. staff helpful , friendly, kind. will definitely stay again every time my family comes back to Hanoi

The dryer machine in my room was broken, which was a bit inconvenient. And there was no 2-way air conditioning, which was a bit cold at night time.

The problem with writing this review in a positive way is that I do not want others to know how good this place is. That would mean I would have a harder time booking the place. Yes, there are some flaws here and there. But overall, it's a great room, and the front desk staff are always friendly. The bed is comfortable, WiFi stable, has a spacious interior and is rather clean.

The room was new, very comfortable. Nice bathroom. I like that it also had a small kitchen area and washer and refrigerator. It is in a good location next to the major roads and 30 mins from the airport. Lots of cafe's and local eats nearby.

it’s so far off. our first time in hanoi so wasn’t sure how bad 8km was - it’s far! also the restaurants around the area spoke no english.

The staff are super kind and helpful. The lady at front desk in the morning did an amazing job. Everything is well maintained and the housekeeping were very diligent too

I guess depending on the room you stay, so make sure that you put in a request in advance.

Hmm, I think the soundproofing system has a bit of trouble. For example, I had two friends who stayed here 1 days ago. They were laughing in the room while I was outside the room, but I could still hear their voices.

Clean and simple. Near lots of stores and restaurants, rooms looked like the photos and wifif worked well. Staff very friendly and nice.

Expensive for the area but worth it for the comfort and cleanliness.

The room was clean and cozy. The water pressure in the shower and sink was excellent. The bed linen and towels were clean. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help.
