Room is spacious and comfy. Breakfast is ok. Friendly receptionists.

Was not able to avail of my free lunch/dinner meal on day 2 due to wrong order taken by the restaurant staff. Paid 230+ vnd for a burger. Ordered for braised pork w/ peanuts, the staff said I ordered BEEF BURGER. I really wonder how that happened it didn't even rhyme in any way. A supervisor went up, gave me fruits to apologize as the staff was new. (Wondering why they left her without proper training). Night prior to this incident, I ordered watermelon juice, amount was 60k++ vnd, paid 100k vnd, the staff knew I cannot understand Vietnamese but she kept on talking (didn't know what she said), got my 100k, left and never came back for my change. In breakfast area, they lack customer service there.

Absolutely fabulous. Wish we had come here earlier. Friendly and efficient welcoming and room allocation. Had a corner room on the 9th floor, large/spacious, great bathroom, massive bed and great pillows - so comfortable. The Wyndham has a superb indoor pool (water is about 23-24c - just right to cool us down). It also has a fully functioning Gym (we looked but did not use - on holiday). There is a bar on the top floor with a stunning 360degree view. It also has two restaurant area with a great selection of both Asian and Western foods. If you get a chance, look out for Nguyet, Thoa and An - three wonderful ladies in the restaurant areas - they looked after us so well (great English speaking and a good source of local information). We cannot recommend this hotel high enough

Everything worked. Good WiFi. Golf Channel, a soccer channel and some films, news channels in the room TV. Very good breakfasts. .Lovely dinners. Helpful staff. Prompt laundry service. A very pleasant week.

The .location was 9km from the centre with not many attractive spots nearby. The Grab cars were very prompt and inexpensive, so getting around was easy enough. One minor whinge: so many hotels worldwide provide tiny cups for tea or coffee. A .large MUG, please

Facilities are great such as the swimming pool was very quiet. The jacuzzi water was cold though. The best part was the friendly staff and especially the service provided by Bach front of house who went above and beyond to help me organise trips and transport. He deserves employee of the month. The hotel is also close to silk street area - well worth a visit.

Unfortunately it is far out of town so taxis required everywhere. That is the only downside.

The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious with powerful shower. Hotel has decent facilities such as gym, pool and spa too. Hotel provides free bottled water daily to the room.

While it was during the Tet holiday, the spa had only 2 staff which made the free massage ticket given upon check in relatively useless. Gym equipment while adequate, were of an unknown brand which was not intuitive for me.

A brand new hotel near Hanoi University (Trường Đại học Hà Nội). The facilities are excellent, the staff well trained, and room service is fair priced. Perhaps the air-conditioning in the bedroom should be set-up to a lower temperature for better sleep.

The fitness center temperature was always at around 30º degrees, which is rather high. The issue is that it has floor to ceiling large windows and since it is facing south, and there are no curtains or shades, and there is no natural ventilation (the doors to the swimming pool area and the guest lifts area are closed); it gets very hot. I suggest to the management to install shades on the windows, and also create natural ventilation east-west perhaps via the swimming pool area and the guest lift area.

Cleanliness, respectful and helpful personnel, quality of service and a very good restaurant working till late so I could always have a good food when I was working late. My room on 11th floor was perfect with an excellent view made me have a wonderful feeling going to sleep and waking up. This helped me a lot to concentrate on my work and do not think about practicalities. I enjoyed my stay very much.

They provided free extra bottled water when I asked. Comfortable lounge chair (pic). Sufficient table top surfaces. Large bathroom and great shower. Easy to open curtains to panoramic windows and one window can be opened for fresh air. One-handed bath sink faucet. Fast hot water. Easy to reach electrical outlets, although, could have used one above both bedside tables. Soft close cabinets and drawers. Padded headboard and under bed. The entry door can locked open to bring in suitcases unencumbered. Great cleaning staff! Hotel offered to clean five articles of clothes per day free if I stay a week {same day service). Breakfast buffet is extensive with attentive service staff. An extra thank you to staff that smiled when greeting and passing. That made my stay extra special.

The room fan is always on, however they said they can turn it off when requested. There are no drawers for clothes. Cabinet door and drawer handles have sharp corners and hurt my 66-year-old hands (pic). WHAT EVERY HOTEL NEEDS: A filtered water bottle station to fill up reusable water bottles. Using a top sheet for the bottom sheet doesn't work as well for quests as a fitted sheet bunches up during the night.

The customer service is very good. Everyone seemed to make it their mission to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were regularly asked for our experiences and they responded well when I had an issue. The room was a great value for the money we paid: it was spacious, clean and had a great view. It's a great value for those wanting 4 star accommodations and I would compare it to the other top hotels in Hanoi (I've been living here for 10 years and have stayed at all of them).

There were only two minor issues. The first is the location. I live in Hanoi and the hotel is just not located anywhere where tourists may want to go. There isn't much in the immediate vicinity unless you know Vietnamese and are confident using local services. I will say that there is a popular vegan restaurant just across the street (for you fellow vegans). The only other issue I had was the elevator keys kept malfunctioning. It happened 3-4 times and I had to call the receptionist for assistance each time (good thing they have phones near the elevators.

My stay at hotel was good. Nice view of city from my room, room was clean. Breakfast was good enough.

The location is not good to move around during busy time in the morning and in the evening. I stuck in traffice jam on the way to reach hotel around 7 pm, and when I moved in the morning before 8am.
