The room is beautiful, and I feel like I got more than what I paid for. I also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast in the morning. Additionally, they have a small pool and gym on the rooftop with a great view of HCMC. The rooms are very clean, and the staff speak English.

I had a great stay and can't think of anything I didn't like. It's a bit picky, but I could hear the humming of their HVAC system at night. Maybe avoid staying on the 5th floor? Also, I hope they upgrade to smart TVs so guests can watch Netflix and YouTube instead of cable.

Breakfast was very limited. Only provide one type fruit each day no other option. Food is very basic. No bacon. Most of the staff are friendly.

Think at the end when I asked for.my suitcases and was waiting for a taxi . The lady in black suit at the reception, she saw me but didn't offer me a hand to help or asked if i need a to book a taxi, or even a thank you for staying with them. She saw me struggling pushed my 25kg out ready for the taxi to pick me up. She just sat behing the desk. Which was a bit disappointing considering I stayed there 6 days and the rest of the staff and a young boys at the reception are very polite and very helpful. Except the manger herself.

The pool up top was very welcome. Not so large but soothing. Really needs a handrail to help get in and out. Plenty of pool towels available plus chairs and tables. Plus a steam room and exercise equipment, etc. Breakfast was very good. Room is big and clean. Staff is very friendly. Manager spoke very good English, so no problems in communications, helped us to book domestic flight. Down the road is a large shopping mall with a few eating places and a very large supermarket. Another 100 meters more to the local evening street market selling all sorts of food and fruits. Go another 100 meters and you come to the large water canal with a park promenade. Behind the supermarket is a very large recreational park where just about all the locals seem to come out to exercise in the evening with jogging and Zumba and more. Great for people watching. Or rather, the locals will watch you, as it seems that to have any Europeans around is quite a rarity.

Rooms are modern, very clean, and staff is friendly and accommodating. They have nice little restaurant with breakfast buffet where the food is very good. It has a good location for those who just want to stay overnight after arriving at the airport and continue south so you avoid bad traffic through Saigon (HCMC).

There is nothing negative about the hotel that I experienced.

The mattress, lighting, design, and overall vibe of the room were fantastic.

My friend, who is a foreigner, felt that the receptionist was a bit unfriendly—possibly due to language barriers. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:30, but when I arrived at 8:30, some dishes were already gone. A little more replenishment would be appreciated.

No windows

It’s quite far from the city center and all landmarks, but we needed the location close to White Palace, so it was convenient for us. The area is nice bc and there’s a huge supermarket very close to the hotel.

Our rooms didn’t have balconies and the view from the windows was not the best.

The room was clean and comfy. Reception staff are good at English so no problem with communication when check-in. Other staffs are also nice, especially the cleaning lady is very kind and friendly.

The location is quite far from the shopping area and travel spot. (around 30 mins by car)

Close proximity to the bus station for Can Tho (USD1.50 Grab). Friendly and helpful reception team. The room and bathroom clean, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to save time getting to the main bus station for southbound trips like Can Tho.

Probably the best two breakfasts I have had this year. Not only was the food delicious - a special mention for the breakfast staff who were friendly, helpful and good humored. I wanted to stay longer- and discover what else the hotel offered for breakfast. Finally ‘Hang’ the manager was brilliant, welcomed us sincerely and helped us book transport to Can Tho for almost half the price offered by the private car hire companies. The front desk booked us taxis into town and made great suggestion as to what we should visit Whilst staying in HCM city

What could have been better? I could have been better, but jet lag is not always as generous as it could be!😉
