Aspect of room. Quiet room. Friendly helpful staff

cleaning of out of site areas could be improved. Dust on top of cupboard, under bed and behind door.

Room was clean, it was cleaned everyday. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful.

We really liked the garden view, AC was really nice to have especially in this heat - elevator was very convenient. The room was very nice, having a mini fridge inside the room was also very nice and helpful - staff were very friendly.

The pillows - very thin hard pillows, we struggled sleeping and always woke up to our neck and bodies being sore and which resulted in us buying pillows from the mall.

wifi too much slowly

Check in was easy and the staff were very nice even with the added language barrier

My room had no natural light and smelt of cigarettes. My aircon did not work very well and water leaked from underneath it. The bed was very hard and was at times difficult to be comfortable.

Clean, strong AC short distance to all restaurants.

The pillow so soft and flat, mattress low quality cause back paint and very hard to sleep, so noisy at night time.

The room is clean and meets my expectations, overall is a nice hotel

The room has bugs, I got bitten by some kind of insets. The next day my arms,legs, and chest showed marks of bug bite

The woman working there was very polite

I booked a room with 'garden view', only to find the view was... a road and a building? 'Luckily' the woman working the front desk told me the wifi was unavailable that day, so I took that as an excuse to get a refund and left. Getting real tired of Vietnamese hotels being completely different to the listing.
