Everything clean and they have a good service personal. The bed was also very comfortable. The gym is also very good equipped.

The breakfast was very simple. You can choose between different meals. The portion of my choice was to small for me. If you want some extras, you have to pay for it. My expectation for this price category of hotel were higher.

The gym is a game changer. I haven't seen such gym equipment in 5* hotels. Couple that with a super tidy & comfy room and voila, my favorite hotel in Saigon with an unbeatable price performance ratio has emerged. Will come back!

Clean room good location , nice staff , good facility for business trip .

Always short of supply certain type of breakfast item when it is still early in the morning . The parasol is very risky outside the as the metal part facing the road side when parking car stopped and guests coming at the night , it is easy to be hurt .

Still fairly new and clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower, good breakfast, well equipped gym, friendly and helpful staff and a quiet location. We will stay here again.

One of the rooms we had reeked of smoke, non-smoking policy should be enforced. Price/value slightly down from a year ago.

Room 201 had a table and 3 chairs between the bed and the window. There wasn’t enough room to use them and it made it difficult to get to the phone.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our very first time in an Asian country, we felt safe and welcomed. The bed was fabulous, super comfy, which we managed afternoon naps. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Location, was a bit far out from the main city areas

I liked the hotel a lot. Though the location is not perfect but I knew abt it when I chose the hotel. Hotel itself is rather small and there is no restaurant (food is the same every day but you can choose different meal in the menu. Cold coffee with milk for breakfast - i loved a lot!) Personnel is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The food was beyond my expectations for a 3 star hotel. The chef is good. The only problem was I couldn't get a hot shower in the morning. I think it's because it's solar powered because I could always get one in the afternoon. Other than that I didn't want to move out.

staff was really nice and very accommodating especially Yen at the front desk. she waited for me to get into a grab to the airport and offered to call me a taxi if the grab had canceled again. breakfast is included but it is not buffet but it was very good you can pick one main dish and one drink from the list.

It's rather smooth with the check in and check out. Staff is attentive and ready to assist. Breakfast was good but maybe availability of certain dishes can work on.
