You get what you pay, the facility seems fair with the price

This facility have no receptionist, so please be aware you cannot leave luggages to wandering around. Beside, the sampoo was not fill, that's nothing if you not checkin late, but it's cumbersome when you're a morning shower.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive whenever I have any issues. The apartment is fully equipped, making it perfect for a long-term stay. A small bonus is that there are 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

it would be great to have more kitchen utensils, such as scissors, tongs, and a larger knife. There are also not enough bowls and plates. Additionally, the hotel should reconsider the placement of the air conditioner’s outdoor unit.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at SpringHill Apartment. The location couldn't be more perfect - just a short walk away from the main attractions in the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished, and the apartment was kept extremely clean. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff. No daily room service. We didn’t get cleaned once during our stay(12 days). But we got fresh towels and toilet paper when we asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Spring Hill Apartment was nothing short of fantastic. Nestled in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the location is simply unbeatable. The rooms were not only comfortable and clean, but also tastefully furnished. The level of service from the staff was top-notch. They were always ready to help, making my stay much more enjoyable.

Location was in a good, safe part of District 7 with plenty of restaurants/bars nearby, also some shopping malls. Room was comfortable and quiet. Scooter parking in the basement was available. Host was very prompt and helpful, housekeeping and laundry services were excellent.

Hot water in the shower was inconsistent, the temperature would change quite drastically at times while showering. Quite a few mosquitos in the basement (some followed me up to my room).

the host is very friendly, and he helped me to upgrade my room, check in was so smooth, also the check out, I really loved this place very cosy apartment and area, will come back for sure.
