The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were easy to communicate with and provided excellent customer service. The bed was very comfortable. There was reliable hot water throughout the day. It was very quiet in the room. The location of the hotel is on a quiet and safe side street. There are many very good Korean restaurants within easy walking distance. Great value for the cost.

The rooms are definitely worn down and old. The internet was spotty. The walls are thin but fortunately I had good neighbors during my visit who did not make much noise.

- Incredibly friendly service - despite being a bit short-staffed, they really made an excellent effort to communicate and help in any way they could. They even connected us with a laundry service nearby and helped us with delivery. - Rooms were generally clean, with exceptions noted below. - Beds are very comfortable. - Street is very quiet, but walkable to tons of marts and restaurants. - Outstanding value for money - probably the best value in the area.

- The first room we checked into had a very strong smoke smell. But of course they changed rooms for us. - The bathroom doors are partially frosted glass, so they don't offer quite the privacy one might like, especially since we were travelling as coworkers, not as friends or partners.

The hotel is located far away from central HMC. It’s clean and quiet.

The water sometimes had a bad smell when showering. Not sure whether the hotel can do anything about it. Two things worth mentioning: - Reception wasn’t open 24/7 - Breakfast wasn’t included in the reservation

Delightful hotel with a range of room options to suit. Excellent staff. Great location in the Korean supported area of Saigon, close to numerous restaurants again. with multiple options to satisfy. Excellent value.

The neighborhood is very charming, away from the bustling district 1 but within a reasonable 20-minute taxi ride. The room is spacious, and the shower has good water pressure.

It's a good hotel by Saigon standards. It's a matter of personal preference, but it would be better if the lighting were more cozy (in yellow instead of bright white).

Location is great for Korean Food Lovers. Also local restaurant served great food and clean but price is higher as expected. Hotel was reasonably clean. Staff was helpful to bring 9 luggages up to the room which was relatively big.

Bathtub water drainage will flood almost the entire bathroom as it is not connected to the drainage point directly.

I am a foreigner living and working here. Sometimes it is also easy to change the wind to go to the hotel to rest on the weekend. I go to District 7 a lot, but from my point of view, it's relatively good here. The hotel room has a combination of apartments, so it is very convenient for those who go in groups or want to relax and relieve stress on the weekend like me. Spacious and airy patio. Located right in the center but not noisy because the room is very soundproof. Everyone should try it.

I'm a student doing an internship in Saigon, because of the 3-month internship, I always book an apartment for convenience. Stumbled across La Palma on booking, saw many reviews. Surprise everyone, the reviews and pictures are 100% genuine. The room is very clean, airy, with windows. The kitchen area is super spacious, cooking is very comfortable. The bed is far away from the kitchen, so there is no fear of clinging and cramped. In general, I like it, I enjoy the moments when I'm here.

Everything was very good. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. The location is great with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Wifi was good enough for my online meetings.

The room is warm and fully equipped, always in a clean and fragrant state. Every staff member here makes me feel friendly and they are ready to help when I need it.
