Large comfortable room with excellent air conditioning.

Bathroom was small and a bit stinky. Air conditioning didn’t reach in there. No light switch or lamp next to bed.

The property is ok but disappointed that the main picture is fake, they don’t have that room and that view, apart from that everything was good!

The room was clean and cleaned daily. The toilet, steam room and bath worked lovely.

It was pretty clean all things considered - and we did like the novelty of the fun rooms. I stayed with a friend for the novelty of it, and the room was definitely fun and interesting!

We asked to bring a friend up to the room so we could be together while we got ready to head out for dinner for only a 20 minute period. We were told it would be 200k dong for my friend to come up to the room even just for a short time! I get that it’s a love hotel but that was a bit inconvenient as my friend then had to wait for us in the lobby :(

The room is fine but needs to improve the other rooms The staff are great They have Netflix, which we enjoyed Hot and cold shower

Other rooms are not totally fixed like shower and bidet were not functioning properly. The bathroom was still dirty and slippery the last time we checked in (they need to clean the sides of it)

I like the hot pressure water and the design

No window, so no fresh air in the room. Some lamps didn't work.

this time, the room has no bath towels i contacted many times but no towels they said there was a problem with laundry service company. so, there was no towels for us
