Pros : The room we booked was well prepared and in a clean manner. The location was peaceful from the busy street. Not much traffic sounds late at night. Location for local food and street food is within walking distance in district 7. Staff knows how to communicate in english , eventhough there are few hiccups in communication. Customer service were top notch , they would ask first before we would even request for refills of snacks and beverages. Bed sheets and pillow were clean and smells good. They have their own laundry where customers can do their own laundry. Lobby interior looks really good and well design. Guest can have a photoshoot at the staircase. Honestly, the amount you paid doesnt match with the service and the room. Room was excellent which and it only cost that much .

Cons : Location may be far from major districts like district 1. The place do not have elevator, if you have heavy luggages, it may be a struggle but the staff are more than happy to provide a helping hand without even being asked. The place may not have ironing board, so improvise by using your bed. Maybe fix the curtains hook as one was unhooked at it looks abit disturbing. But not a big deal. Hot shower becomes warmer instead of hot as we took turns.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The projector was a nice addition to the room and we had a really comfortable stay. The overall design and cleanliness of the property was great!

The room has very large windows which is nice but there were only thick dark curtains. This meant that the room is very hot and there isn't much privacy if the curtains are open or it is very dark if they are closed. I would recommend installing sheer curtains to help with privacy and stopping some of the strong sun. There was a window in the ceiling but unfortunatly the blind wasn't working at the time. Overall, we still loved the room.

Quiet location, clean, close to lotte shopping mall, many good eateries and coffee shops around. very friendly and helpful staff. cleaning was good.

they advertise a kitchen, but more utensils and kitchen towels are needed (eating and cutting knives, spoons, etc).

Fantastic apartment. Clean and comfy. Staff is friendly too! Like the neighborhood a lot! We really liked that there was a balcony!

We payed for having dirty towels when we checked out. Which was very wired to us. Never tried that before. We had to ask for ex toiletpaper, and they did not fill up the mimibar automatically.

There are two parts to the property. The original building and the garden building a few feet away. We got a garden room and it was incredible!! It was newly opened and it was super clean. The facilities were all top notch. I wouldn’t mind living here.

The staff were lovely and helpful! The room was large. Loved the projector screen and the complimentary snacks! Bed was so so comfortable we slept so well here.

No stand-up shower in bathroom 😔 had to crouch in the bath. location is a little further out of the centre than we realised.

We picked this property due to its location near to our friends house. Loved the outside space, bathroom and clever use of indoor space. Great aircon which was also very quiet. Felt safe and secure

The place is clean and beautiful. The surrounding is quiet and very nice. Love the place and will go back again. The staff is able to speak English which is a bonus. Recommended to my friends. Love to watch the movie with the projector.

The staff here were such sweethearts, super accommodating and helpful and just super friendly!! The place was super clean and felt new and fresh! Loved the decor too!
