It is very near to the airport, within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I think the room would be quite small for some people but for me and a friend, it is good since we only stay for one night to wait for our transit flight. The toilet is also nice. It is clean and has a lift. You can just walk to the airport and get a bus or taxi to go to the city. I have nothing to complain about.

Close to the airport, with a small supermarket a few properties up the street. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable I’d slept in over my 2.5 week holiday!! Walking distance to the airport however this involves navigating some serious traffic so we used Grab which was very cheap and convenient for a short ride.

The random windows in the room! As an airport hotel, you want to be able to sleep no matter the hour but there were so many windows and either no, or simply inadequate window coverings. We were in rooms next to the elevator and the rooms could definitely use some soundproofing to prevent guests being woken by other guests who are loud and inconsiderate Due to a delayed flight and delayed luggage coming out, it was nearly 1am when we arrived. With a 12pm check out, it should have been plenty of time for some good sleep before we spent another 24 hours travelling home, but between the windows and the noise, it was difficult to sleep. Had we arrived earlier in the day and slept “normal hours”, I doubt either thing would have been an issue.

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Room was really clean, had international plugs for charging devices, mini fridge and little kitchenette, bathroom was super clean as well. I found the hotel to be quiet, bed was comfortable, everything was great for the price and for 1 night before my super early flight.

Air con was not very strong. I moved to 2 different rooms and it was fine but could definitely be cleaned/regassed or maybe replaced because it’s not cold enough for really hot/humid days.

Very close and covenient walk from the airport. The staff was friendly even in the middle of the night and the room has all of the essentials and it was clean. Good hotel for an airport stay and a modest price.

The soundproofing was not that great and no windows to outside.

we were looking for a clean cheap hotel close to the airport. it delivered on all. easy 4 minute walk from airport with luggage. it was clean it was cheap and it was comfortable. it could get a little noisy in front rooms if you are a light sleeper but we didnt have any issues. I wouldnt stay here more than one night but great if you have an early flight

Very convenient to airport. We walked from International terminal without any problems in about 10 minutes. Facilities were basic, but perfect for a brief overnight stay. We arrived very late, but staff were there to assist.

No complaints

This would not be a fair report as we only used this hotel as a short layover, our flight was for later at night and we had a 9hour flight back to Australia. We did however, appreciate a tidy room with a good bathroom.

We didn't stay long enough to experience any bad points. Everything was fine for what we needed.

Friendly helpful staff amd an easy stay. Great location for the airport and close to shops. 100% recommend

No windows in the room BUT it has a great little rooftop area so it worked out perfect 😀

Room is way smaller than anticipated, very bad noise insulation. I was able to hear people talking next door, or having showers.
