I chose this hotel so I could walk to it from the TSN Airport and check-in at 2AM.

After I booked my room 3 days before my arrival, I asked the hotel management if I could check in early (2AM), and he or she agreed and did not ask me to pay an early check-in fee. But the second day , of a 2 day room rental, the "owner" said I had to pay for an extra day because I checked-in. Of course, I copied and pasted the "reservation details" which clearly states which 2 days that I reserved and paid for the room. After several more messages, I agreed to pay for half a day early check-in fee.

We stayed for a night between an evening and early morning flight. The room was lovely and clean, good air con and nice bathroom with toiletries. Due to arriving late and wanting to sleep before our next flight we bought drinks and instant noodles from the reception which were very fairly priced and convenient. It was easy to walk between the airport and the hotel, taking around 15 mins.

- greeting and help with luggage - receptionist very professional and very helpful - room size - cleanliness!!!, comfort [bed] - distance from the airport - many cafes and small restaurants, and shops with basic products nearby. - fast wifi - certainly better than another famous hotel [chosen by foreign tourists} which is literally about 200 meters closer to the airport. larger rooms and a more reasonable price]

it's not a matter of what you didn't like, but rather a request to other travelers, we close the room door slowly so that it doesn't slam, so as not to disturb others who are resting during their transits. hotel corridors are not for discussions. Request to the hotel staff: just inform the guests about this upon check-in, and the hotel will certainly benefit from it. and it will be much more comfortable for everyone.

The location was vey close to the airport which is good if you have an early morning flight. It's about a 15 min walk but it can be confusing to cross the roads with how the road network is set up. The room was spacious and clean and had good amenities.

The water in the shower could have been hotter. The room I stayed in had a window but when I opened the curtains they was a wall right up to it so I couldn't get any natural light.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed. The air con worked perfectly. I felt it was great value for money.

Tried to walk to the location from the arrival terminal, but couldn't find a walkway easily, ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which was quite cheap(~3 AUD).

The receptionist was lovely and allowed me to drop off my luggage early. Once I arrived, she also helped me bring them to my room. The room was clean and quiet. It is also very close to the airport. When checking out, the friendly security guard outside, helped me with my bags and looked out for my grab driver as well. Will stay again :)

Very clean room with comfy bed. Hairdryer and nice shower gel and shampoo. Under 10 mins taxi ride, ideal for stopover ahead of early flight. Helpful receptionist ordered me a grab taxi for the morning.

Rooms are clean and spacious enough but the ac takes a while to cool the room. Reception open 24/7, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's close to the airport, about 10-15 minute walk. There's a desk to use one's laptop, and the WiFi is fine. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nothing really. No breakfast.

my room, 504, was decently clean and had a well working air-conditioner. the water pressure was strong, and it did not need very long for the water to turn hot.

as the room was in very close proximity to the lift, the dings from it could be heard very clearly even in the room.

There was a stair leading to the main entrance of the hotel, but the gentleman at the door helped carry my huge luggage up the stairs. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The location was great, less than 10mins by taxi from the airport. The room facilities were adequate, i only stayed for a few hours before my early morning flight.

Maybe add handwash liquid, i had to use the provided shower gel to clean my hands. Need to add a bed lamp. It was a bit difficult to turn off the main light and walk in the dark to the bed.
