Wifi is convenient and fast; Breakfast deserves a thumb up, Lobby very clean and cozy (the PC not working well at the lobby :-( ) Hotel location is good, close to airport but quiet.

Paid for Early check-in and Paid for Late check-out (1:00pm), but Hotel charged only for 1 room late Check-out, Appreciate it (In China hotel usually allow delaying check-out until 2:00pm). And no windows in two standard twin rooms (Stuff said we booked the hotel too late, but the description of rooms didn't tell that).

The staff of great and it was clean and safe.

The food was just erible. it is always the same and it isn't great. It is hard to mess up eggs and yet the eggs you had were bland. That goes for most of the other food. I think you could charge a few bucks more per room and increase your food quality and you would stand out

They charge me of 1 bottled water which i never consumed. Saw the fridge got only 1 bottled water when i checked upon arrival, but was just excited to go around that i forgot to report or take picture. Anyway the water was just cheap but the point is, it should have been checked properly before the guest checked in. But more so, i have a good stay. So accessible, near to airport. Near to grocery, coffeeshops, food. 👌

The room was good and the service was friendly. I have been to the hotel before, so I got what I expected. The main selection criterion was the location next to the airport. The breakfast is okay, although it could have been a little more varied.

I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is well located for the airport. We walked to the hotel from the domestic terminal in the evening. We took the hotel transfer (80k VND) to the international terminal the next morning. We found a lively local restaurant round the corner from the hotel for dinner.

Beautiful lobby area, and a great location just a short walk from the international airport terminal in HCMC. The staff were always exceptionally helpful and efficient. I would like to say thank you to them. I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

This hotel is only 3 minutes from the airport, it is very comfortable, clean and helpful staff. They even have a shuttle to and from the airport for a small fee. Our night flight to Japan was cancelled. The hotel staff held our room for us so we were able to come back to hotel and wait in the room for the morning flight instead at the airport.

Breakfast needs a little improvement.

Great location for those who would like to have a rest before the next flight and Tan Son Nhat airport.

I changed the room due to an issue of the bathroom. In the new room, the staff mis-calculated a pack of noodle and I had to pay for it. Not really a big deal for me but the management of this part needs to be improved.

Beautiful Hotel with excellent staff.

Typical cold Asain Breakfast even the Tea and Coffee. I would suggest catering a bit more with the Breakfast ideas.

Staffs are nice and friendly. The room is clean. The shower is good. I like the location a lot, very close to the airport and many good restaurants around with walking distance.

The selection of breakfast could have been more. Spoon and fork are provided but no knife. Table arrangement should be 2x2 instead of 1 long one even though they do have some coffee table around for smaller group.
