I have stayed here many times and the facilities, rooms, staff and food are all very good. This time was no different we had a superb meal for my wife’s birthday in the onsite restaurant.

I usually book with breakfast but we should have checked out before breakfast started but our plans changed at the last minute so we had breakfast under the pay at the property option. We were invited to sit down and eat and pay later. When we had finished the price charged was 800k/VND. Which is unbelievable when the option on line to book a room with breakfast is 300k/ VND.

Even before the arrival the attention was good I just enquired through the app if the have a iron machine in the rooms they said no but they can provide one for me then when I did my check in they told me that the iron machine was already in the room, something that was very usefu for me since I have an early meeting and no enough time. I stayed in a doble deluxe room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable specially the pillows. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay! It offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to a made-to-order omelet station. I also dined at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner, where the service was prompt and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. We were two people in two different rooms and the experience was the same.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the staff played a huge part in making my stay memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special mention goes to the three front rotating managers, whose exceptional service truly stood out. They were always smiling, approachable, and more than willing to help with any request, big or small. Their positive attitude really made a difference and set the tone for the entire stay. Overall, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service.

An absolutely brilliant hotel! After making the initial booking (party of 4 / 2 rooms) I received a message from the hotel confirming details and looking to arrange our collection at the airport. The vehicle that collected us was luxurious in itself including the warm welcome provided by the driver. We had booked Club Rooms which provided access to the Executive Lounge. Check-in/Check was completed there and was seamless, provided by Thanh Tuyen. Tuyen assisted us through out our stay with arranging transport/requests etc. A true professional and a credit to the business, was always thinking ahead in ways to make our stay as carefree as possible - thank you! The rooms were very spacious decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and the comfiest bed ever! We used the pool area a few times, great pool facilities and beds. Khang was on duty whenever we used the pool. Extremely hard working, constantly checking on people, providing complementary water and any drinks/food orders, nothing was a problem, again truly professional. We had included breakfast in our booking. The breakfast was excellent, so much choice, many items available made to order on request. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The drive into the City/District 1 is about 10-15 minutes (dependent on traffic) and is no more than £3 / $4 with a tip. This was a perfect location as it was just the right distance from the city and was a great hotel to return to after a day/evening being in the buzz and heat of the city. Every member of the team we communicated with or had dealings with were truly professional - we could not fault any member of staff or the hotel at all. It deserves having the word "Grand" in its title! Thank you! We all would highly recommend staying here and we would almost certainly stay here again.

N/A - Perfect! Not a criticism in any way however as a possible suggestion to maybe add a couple more sun beds at the pool area.

We booked this hotel and then checked in 30 minutes later as we got stranded at River Gate building when our 3-bedroom apartment reservation is non existence and is a scammer. This is property meets 5-star standard and similar to a 5-star in America. No complains and good enough.

I saw a giant cockroach on the hall way in front of our room and it's the biggest one that I ever seen in my life. I got my act together and killed it with my foot. Thanks God. Also, we arrived when they were fixing the main building sight with the scaffolding and we felt like walking under construction zone with no safety warning.

The breakfast was amazing. Full of different options and high quality, gym was also quite equipped. Very clean and quite, and well maintained hotel. AC worked good and bed was comfortable. Location was also good, they also offer a free parking for motorbike.

Upon the arrival, one of the staff told us that the peanut and the dried mango are complimentary and later on we found they charged us for them. This wasn't pleasant feeling. Also they upgraded our room to 7th floor, but we didn't have any view because our window was covered and we even couldn't open it. So we didn't also like it.

The Eastin Grand Hotel is such a marvellous hotel and only 9 minutes drive from the Airport. From the minute we arrived we were treated so well and check in was smooth and fast. Our room was wonderful and the air-conditioning had been turned on before we arrived, thanks, we appreciated that. We found out by accident an interesting fact. We had come into our room and we heard something beeping and we couldn't figure out what it was. It was an alarm to let us know that our door to our room was not completely closed. What a great invention. The bed was SO comfortable so we had a wonderful sleep. Breakfast had such a variety of choices from breakfast cereal, bakery items, Asian dishes, freshly made omelettes, juices, coffee etc. We would highly recommend staying at Eastin Grand Hotel if you are in the area.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent services, very good breakfast , nice big room(I stayed in room 464 it doesn't have a very good view, it did not bother me that much so I didn't ask to switch rooms) . The gym is always cool, new equipment . It has a small pool but it is clean and beautiful, the pool attendance brings a little fruit with a cold water bottle for you , it was a nice touch. For $60 a night it is worth every penny. It has everything you need within walking distance but you need to take a Grab to get to the city center which may cost you around $4 roughly .

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was comfortable. The pool was okay though it was quite small in size. The gym was good enough.

The smell at the lobby was a bit off including the very old and dirty carpet in the middle. The elevator says max of 14 pax, but it rang with only just 9pax. The main switch for the lights in the toilet was placed next to the bed. The doorman wasn't around when I arrived so I have to take care of my luggage from the car and open the hotel entrance by myself.

Location - not the closest to sights, but out of the traffic chaos and not far from airport. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice and quiet room at the end of the corridor. Quite nice outdoor pool area. All a bit worn, but still in very good condition.

Breakfast was shifted to the side rooms of the event floor due to refurbishment of the ground floor restaurant - ok, but not the greatest choice and stressed-out staff with loads of guests. Make sure to have breakfast before 08:30.
