This was a very comfortable room located near to many things, and pretty close to the airport. The rooftop pool was great! The room had lots of storage, and had all of the necessary things for cooking in the kitchen, you just needed to provide food. The shower had good water pressure (but the butt gun did not oddly enough). The lighting in the room was great with plenty of variety, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The television had a lot of issues, I don't know what was wrong with it, but a few times the picture just ceased working and you had to leave it off for awhile before it would work again. The WiFi in the room was terrible, really inconsistent and slow speeds. There was a useless window in the bathroom which just let in hallway light all night long, so I needed an eye mask to sleep.

N.A for breakfast. I booked for the 3 bedroom type. I would say, probably it's a bit expensive for service apartment type. Location was good, near the airport. room was clean except for spider web across one of the corners. The staff was friendly, certain things were explained clearly eg.. wifi, Pool, and gym utilities. also noticed that one of the bed sheets was stained, yellowish. upon check in probably nobody had been staying in the room, stale smell.

Probably a bit expensive for the service apartment type. (can consider giving discounts or lowering the rates for certain room types, eventually is still a service apartment.) Even for those rooms not frequently rented out, probably would have placed an air freshener to improve the smell.

Everything! The staff were so lovely, the room was amazing, a big comfortable bed and great facilities. The gym and swimming pool area is great. I loved the area, it is away from the tourist areas which is what I wanted, but a short taxi ride gets you everywhere, the staff always booked taxi firm ‘Grab’ for me and very reasonable prices. I loved everything about this place!

Desk staff was really helpful, nice hotel that had everything you need, not next to anything but near everything

The cleaners would constantly knock on your door in the morning until you answered if you forgot to leave the do not disturb sign on door the night before, bedding wasn't changed at all through the week and as it is in the high 30s I was sweating in it, and left over seafood in the cupboard under the sink from previous guests that ended up stinking my room out until I found it and disposed of it

Lovely apartment in HCM. It was clean and spacious.

It’s quite far out from the centre of HCM (but this could also be a benefit depending on what you like). Also as it’s more of an apartment building, it’s not staffed 24/7, so when we went to check out there was no one there (we had an early flight so needed to check out at around 5am).

Location near the airport. Gym on the top floor. Rooftop pool for the night. There is a convenience store, coffee shop, Pharmacy and some eatery nearby. Phu Nuan has lots of hidden coffee place in nearby alley.

Not much amenities for this 'hotel' e.g. no complimentary coffee & tea, extra toilet paper. Not much food option. The room small for the price.

Booked this accommodation on last night on Vietnam as is very close to the airport. Great facilities, unfortunately was raining so didn't made use of the pool on rooftop but seemed likr a great space. Staff was very friendly. It didn't have a restaurant but the room has a kitchenette so we ordered some food over.

such a beautiful place! great location too with a coffee shop and convience store down the road, receptionist and security were lovely and helpful i wish i stayed more then just two days, they evens accommodated a late checkout after i had a night out celebrating the new year 😅🥳🕺🏻

The staff alway helpful and friendly. This is my second stay for this year. My top pick while in Saigon so close to the airport and only 15mins to the city center depend on traffic. Would recommend to anyone to try CityHouse. We will definitely be back.

Gym a bit small, but no one there so understandable

It's a great location. The room is an okay size with a very small kitchen. Good for a family with 2 adults and one small child. The bathroom is a bit tight but works. The pool in the roof top is nice. The hotel is very close to the airport.
