Perfect for what we needed, which was a stop over before a flight next day. Close to the airport and a few shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy, everything you need for a stop over. Allowed to use the facilities after check out while killing a few hours. But here’s a tip, get to HCMC airport at least 3 hours before any international flight is due, it’s chaos. Long check in lines but the main thing is the passport control, it’s just a free for all and some staff seem to process lines twice the speed of others.

Nothing to dislike

We needed a hotel located fairly closely to the Airport as we were flying early the following morning, location was excellent but I really didn't know what to expect concerning the staff, bedroom, facilities. Lovely helpful staff, great pool for an evening swim & the restaurant with the "grill service" was excellent & well priced. They also arranged a airport pick-up & drop-off using their hotel transfer service which was also very efficient.

No negatives whatsoever. Super hotel if you need something close to the Airport.

Staff very helpful. We arrived at about 9pm and looking for an alcoholic beverage. Bar staff we're lovely as we just dropped our bags and fell into comfy lounge chairs. Bags we're delivered to our room. Room was a good size and overlooked the pool. Breakfast was very good. Not far from the airport as we had a late flight the next day. We had a very nice hotel car take us to the airport.

It's about a 15-20 minute drive in a taxi to all the interesting and popular areas of Saigon.

Location close to the airport. The staff were exceptional. The room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was good.

The location was nearer to the airport but had nothing much to walk around. Orchid lounge was closed and the Lotus bar experience was limited to same three selection of light food menus daily. For few nights stay this was boring. The event room next to restaurant had very loud music spoiling the ambience.

The pool and gym facilities were great! The room was large and bed was super comfortable. Nice and easy location for getting to the airport.

We had requested two beds but when we arrived the bed was still joint as one so one blanket to share between two of us. It was late when we arrived and the bed was large so we didn’t make too much of a fuss. There was also some confusion at check in as the staff wanted me to give a second credit card to be charged when one had already been charged. It might have been a language barrier issue but after myself insisting on the one card it all worked out.

Our stay was only for less than 12 hours due to flight delays , however the location close to airport was ideal, beds, pillows room temp very comfortable. Clean facilities. Room service was spot on delivering quickly and food was hot! Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. Staff super friendly and accommodating. The price was right!

Quick stay after flying in from Da Nang as we wanted to stay close to the airport due to an early overseas flight in the morning. Room was neat and tidy and the bed was huge! We ate in with room service as we were tired and although more expensive the convenience was exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great stay close to the airport including the price.

Lovely hotel with large rooms, a comfortable bar and great breakfast buffet. Easy access to the airport and some rooms include free airport pick up and drop off. We got a club room and highly recommend them, as you get great value from them. There is also a quaint pool, lounging area near the dining area.

The hotel is a little aged, but still very good.

- Rather slow Wifi - Rather noisy airco in the room - No hairdryer in the bathroom - They put a bottle of mineral water in the bathroom which afterwards turned up to be payable.

Great location,quiet and very close to airport.

The days of showers over baths is over. For some folk getting into and out of the bath to shower simply dangerous. Baths are old school,wet rooms what we all have in our homes and expect in a good hotel.
