Really nice stay. 5 star comfort without 5 star price. If you are coming late from the airport, it's a great location. It takes only a few minutes to get there by taxi or even bus. Room was huge and very comfortable. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants you can walk to easily. Full service spa. Breakfast is good, but not much for vegetarians, only fruit and coffee mainly.

Cleanliness could be a little better, I saw some debris in the corners and unseen areas. Bathtub installed in such a way that water would collect in areas that wouldn't drain and are not cleanable. Pool didn't really have a comfortable vibe. Can't find much else to complain about.

The crème caramel was not how we have served in the UK. It should have a crystallised sugar topping which is blowtorched

I would say the hotel meets my expectation. Although my stay was short (a rest stop before going to the airport to leave the country), the hotel was the best as compared to the other hotels I stayed in while in country. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly.

I just wish the hotel is at a better location. Looking out the windows at rooftops is not exactly scenic, especially those of a hospital next door. And it seems that this is typical for most hotels in VN, but adding a microwave oven in eachroom would be ideal.

Beautiful hotel, at only 10 minutes from the airport. Very convenient when we had a stopover between flights. We even had a delay and checked-in at 2am which was no problem at all, after we informed them in advance. Wonderful and clean room with 3 comfortable beds. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet included. We also used the rooftop pool which had a beautiful view and good shower facilities (which was nice for our evening flight). Also very nice and helpful staff! Highly recommended.

It’s clean, well staffed and somewhat convenient location. It is close to the city but need to get a taxi to get to center of the city.

The checkout policy where they validate everything in the room including the number of keys returned before letting you go is very unpleasant. We were given one key and was questioned about the extra key. The number of towels provided did not equal the number the hotel thought they provided. The hotel doesn’t have an accurate process of accounting for what was actually provided and it makes for an unpleasant situation when we checked out. Please rethink this - it is definitely a turn off for me….

We will be giving 5 stars to this hotel. the rooms wheee spacious with stunning views that we had requested prior. Amazing. We stayed at this hotel , we had the best experience out of it. The staff were very kind , attentive and very respectful. We are more than happy to come and stay again with no doubt. Everything is great. The hotel are nice and clean. The location is 10 mins from Tan Son Nhat international airport, but it doesn't have many restaurants around.

The only thing I did not like is they overcharge me for the bottled water. I saw it on the price list. A bottle of water was 20 VND, I drank 2 of bottles water so it should be 40 VND. When I checked out, she charged me 100 VND for 2 bottles of water. It was not a big deal but a big hotel shouldn't overcharge for a small thing without notice. I traveled by myself. They gave me 1 key room but when I check out, the receptionist keeps say that they give me 2 keys room.

The room was nice and felt new and clean. The air conditioning was well functioning. The bathroom was small but we had everything needed there. The bed was very very comfortable

The packaged breakfast was very minimal, so that was disappointing. We were leaving at 5am for the airport and were hoping for a little more real breakfast. we got only carbs and a little bit of fruit.

Spacious & clean room, bed is comfy, friendly staffs, only 10 mins by taxi from the Saigon airport, excellent for business traveller, good reading light in the room.

Rooms were large and very nice and clean. Shower over bath was annoying and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good, noodle soups each morning were lovely. Pool area was great. Good location and easy to get a grab to wherever you want to go in Ho Chi Minh.

Massage was not very professional, girls in skimpy clothes and they wanted to bathe my husband naked before his massage. I was left to bathe myself lol.
