Good location near the Ban Co market for local people (hence local prices too, not prices for tourists, however most sellers don't speak/understand foreign languages).

No tissue in the hotel room, neither coffee or tea bags. On my last day, when I complained about this lack, the manager told me that these are available at the lobby, but there was no information in the room about this availability. The manager told me they are going to remedy this problem by providing these drinks in the rooms very soon.

I greatly appreciate the service, cleanliness, and plenty of supplies. the room i stayed in is spacial.Lucasta location is very close to everything.

At times it gets noisy at night but otherwise it’s an excellent stay for the price. The mattress is a little lumpy and hard for my taste but it’s not unbearable.

Very friendly and welcoming staffs. Clean confortable room, high hygience for the bathroom, high water pressure even on 8th floor. Hotel got matted floor so pretty good soundproofing. Daily housekeeping room service. The hotel is in a really good location as well, at least for my needs, plenty of street food within walking range as well as restaurants and bars. Very easy to book a cab to move around. Highly recommended for the price.

Just a minor setback for me is that I couldnt use the shower without using the faucet. Didnt mind soaking a bath at all though. The hotel is just opened after a long time of closing so maybe they’re not 100% properly function yet but wont be long with the way they’re operating.

Loved the location. We don’t like staying in the touristy areas, and this one felt more “local” than District 1. Shops and restaurants close. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, staff very helpful.

Road noise, which is very normal in Vietnam. We asked to move from the 2nd floor after our first night, and they put us on the 5th floor which helped a lot. We were very thankful!

The room was lovely and very comfortable, with a really nice interior design and a nice hot shower.

The air-conditioning unit was a bit broken (only one half worked), so it took a while to cool the room, but it worked over time. That was all - a nice place to stay and good value for money!

Everything was really great, good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Helpful and kind staff, good WiFi. Laundry service, spacious room with comfortable beds, everything 10/10 :)

Great Hotel that delivers what it promises. Clean and simple. Not far from it there are several restaurants and coffe places.

Its location, not too far from district 1 where most of the standard touristic spots are located; I mostly enjoyed the newly discovered local market Ban Co.

I booked the room without view, and got upgraded to the room with city view, I am so happy. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
