Room as in picture. Aircon was quiet, there's a fridge with a small freezer, tv, water boiler and 2 tea cups, good internet. On top floor they have a washing machine you can use, just buy soap at the family mart around the corner. The location is good, just around the corner from a busy street so it's quiet, but easily accessible. The area is interesting, it's like an up and coming hipster area, so you have a few tall office buildings, but mostly small shops and still cheap food. Would stay here again. Stayed there for 5 days.

The drain for shower was a little bit clogged so it didn't drain as fast as it should, I didn't mention this to the staff when I stayed there because I was mostly running around the city, but I'm sure they would have fixed it if I did. It wasn't a big problem for me.

LeBlanc Saigon is relatively centrally (district 3, close to district 1) located hotel that covers very well all the basic needs of a tourist like me. Good location, spacious rooms, fridge, tea, coffee and water available, tasty breakfasts cooked to order, easy to let yourself in. Staff is very nice, speaks limited English, but super helpful and if there are any communication problems, they get solved with a help of automated translation. I also liked that my room had an iron and ironing board, very often the hotels in Vietnam try to earn money by requiring you to order the ironing service, but not here.

I needed to leave at 7 am on two mornings but the hotel was not willing to arrange a breakfast before 7. I fully understand that one lady is doing the maid's work, cooking the breakfasts and staying at the premises all night, often sleeping in the lobby, so it would be unreasonable to expect her to start cooking breakfast an hour before its official start but some kind of a simple standard solution as a sandwich box would be very easy to organise, particularly when knowing about it almost 24 hours in advance.

So many things were great! I loved how the hotel had a focus on being environmentally positive and not wasting things. The breakfast each morning was a choice of a Vietnamese dish or a simpler vegetarian option. I had a food allergy issue which was my fault for not mentioning it but the staff were really understanding and remade food for me without making me feel bad (thank you!) . Easy to check in and within a 25 minute walk to some tourist sites.

The only thing was maybe that the shower only seemed to run very hot or very cold - but it didn't bother us really!

The images are profoundly misleading. First of all, its situated in a dark alley, which I would not advise to woman travelling alone. They show bottled water in the photos, mas you get tap water in a jar. It is not 100% bad, but it would never be a hotel in Europe. Its more of a 2 Star Guest House. If you have problem with sleeping with noise, this is not the place for you, since insonorization is terrible. The Lady at the front desk is very kind.

The breakfast was always a choice of eggs and toast or a Vietnamese dish, which was different every day. The room was spacious, local cable TV available, good working aircon, hot water, and plenty of light. The location was in a backstreet, which kept the main road noise to a minimum. There is a convenience store, a pharmacy, and a gas station right around the corner. A street market straight across the street, and a handful of restaurants on the block. A minute walk to the cathedral, post office, and other main sightseeing points. The front door was locked at night and you needed a code, which gave a sense of safety.

I like clean floors as I do not wear shoes or slippers in the room, and there was just a lot of hair from previous guests. I had to ask for the room the be cleaned after 2 days and the bed was made, the towels were replaced, but the floor remained untouched. I cleaned it myself. The bed was a little hard for me, but that is related to my preference and not the quality of the mattress.

Spacious, very clean and well equipped room! One of the best stays in south east Asia in one month and a half. We felt very comfortable. Excellent value for money! The breakfast has 2 options, including a tasty Vietnamese one. Location is convenient and the neighborhood has a cool vibe, with a lot of typical food stalls and shops. Staff is efficient and kind. Highly recommended!

The small hotel is located in a side street next to a busy street but is closed off by other buildings so it was quiet considering it is a big busy city. Near the hotel, on the main road, there are many cafes and shops for every taste. Everything in the small room is new, everything works. Kettle + two pairs of cups with spoons, bagged tea and coffee. Refrigerator (empty), safe in the wardrobe, also has an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV. The shower room has everything you need, good ventilation. Lovely soft terry towels. Comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Everything is simple, but you are like home. The reception is in the building opposite (there is also a cafe).

There is no elevator - for someone with suitcases this may be inconvenient, but I didn’t need it.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, even we did not speak sometimes the same language. Still everything worked out well.

The room could have better noise cancellation because everything from outside could be heard. But it was not a major issue for me.

If you are looking for a family-held cute hotel in the centre of the D3, that's a perfect solution. Don't consider this option if you get used to all-star chain hotel brands that you find in every country. - Very helpful and respectful staff, always smiling and positive; they helped me to get my luggage to the room although there is no evelator - Great location for D3 - Perfect choice if you want to have a local experience, not skyscraper-style city visit -Very spacious and clean room - Air conditioning works perfectly - Fingerprint hotel access so you can enter at any time even if there's noone there

- The shower faucet is leaking and splashing all over the bathroom - ants, A LOT of ants if you leave something edible uncovered. Though, I think it's in a lot of places in Vietnam, but in my new apartment I don't have it - Bear in mind that the hotel is in a little street BEHIND the big one. I knew this so there was no problem, but some people struggle finding it at first
