- The young lady working at the reception was the sweetest, she was super polite and even helped me book another hotel. Her english is really good, it really helped the conversation to flow better since my Vietnamese isn’t perfect. She was still replying to my messages after my stay at Cola’s, her service was impeccable - The place has a lift, which makes it easier to bring your luggages on the upper floors - Security : you need a card to get in the lobby

My room was ok, small but it had the essential amenities. Private bathroom and shower, big bed, small refrigerator, kettle, cups, toiletries, towels and space to put your personal items. Also, I could use their laundry equipment for free. The location is good, there are a few restaurants near by and it's a short drive to the airport. There are also, several parks nearby. Check in is easy and the kids at the reception were helpful when they were there. Room cleaning is done every other day and they provide fresh towels on the same day.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard. I was in pain every morning because it's as hard as the floor. Also, even though I was in the 3rd floor, I could hear all the noise from the street and the dogs from the neighbor.

Good value for money. The room was small but we used it mainly for sleeping. Everything was clean and we had very good communication with the staff (in fluent english). You can use common kitchen (fully equipped) as well as do laundry, which was really helpful especially when traveling for a long time. The place is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, walking distance to most of the must see things.

The staff was very helpful. And it was really convinient to come in to the building and to your room. Room was OK, You have everything you basically need. The location is perfect. You'll have many things close by, especially if you also enjoy walking.

The only thing to note perhaps is the room could be a bit bigger. Oh and a bit of too much noise (when the guests were speaking and the sound of flipflops) from the hallway comes in through the door. At least in the room where i was staying.

Loved how quiet our room was. Really loved that laundry facilities were available and at no cost! We also loved that even though the staff weren’t physically around, they were still very responsive via email and were very helpful booking tours and our bus trip.

The windy stairs up to our room was a bit treacherous.

The rooms are very clean, even for EU standards I was feeling very clean about our room. They created a WhatsApp group for me with questions, e.g. we rented a scooter and asked where to park late at night and they still responded (you can park in the main lobby for safety btw). They also provide free laundry service which you can do yourself to save some money on top of the free filtered water. Overall couldn't have asked for a better stay for this price. Thank you!

Well located near many shops and restaurants. The room was serviced every 2nd day and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. There was a full kitchen with a great laundry available for guest use as well as a covered roof deck with open sides for smokers which had a pleasant city view. Very pleasant and helpful young staff.

My room was on the 5th floor. The lift was strange as it only started on the 2nd floor and only went the the 4th floor..

Excellent place to stay for our 4 nights in Ho Chi Minh City. Compact room but very well designed for storage and livability. Great mattress and comfortable bed. Powerful shower, quiet AC and well lit room. Very responsive staff. Free washing machine & dryer was a bonus! Very quiet within a lane running between the chaos of HCMC ! Would stay again.

We are fully satisfied. Everything was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room facilities were so good that you could have stayed longer. It is furnished in a very livable manner. You also have a water dispenser at the entrance. The best thing about this accommodation was the cleanliness, very well above average in Southeast Asia for this price. We would definitivly recommend this place.

The location is great, a bit further on foot from the main tourist areas, but that makes it even nicer, as it’s in a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and local coffee spots. Communication is clear and helpful. The room is clean, the air conditioning works well, and the bathroom is tidy.
