Cleaning was great, very white and fresh towels and bedding. After hotels in Central Vietnam this feels like a win. Breakfast was great, with new Vietnamese dishes every day.

I had the deluxe double room. Photos attached. There are very steep stairs in front of entrance and I didn’t get any help with my suitcase - even though there were 2 men at reception. Bathroom, specifically the bathtub looks dirty, because it’s old. In reality it is clean. There was no wardrobe or even hangers or hooks in this room, even though it had it in description. Reception said the room with wardrobe is taken. The safe box was just sitting on the floor and appeared out of battery.

The kindness of Vu and Vy Vy. Vu will help you with everything from day one, you can ask him everything and Vyvy is a little sunshine. The hotel is central so you can find everything nearby.

I didn't get the room I booked, but the reception suggested to move me after 2 days but because I was travelling around I couldn't be bothered to move my stuff again in the evening and everything was fine. I would have loved for the cleaners to do a better job, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast time, not because of the food or the staff but because of the tourists' behaviour. Taking more than they need to eat... fear of lacking?? There was even a man that took my cup of coffee from my hand 😅 As a results if you go there at 8.30am( breakfast is from 7.30 to 9.30) you won't have brioches or bread anymore just what's left... which annoyed me so from time to time I had breakfast out. I would suggest to the hotel to keep some food aside and bring some when more people are coming.

Location and price is excellent, good value for money.

In breakfast, they are not written in the food name, which is a bit uncomfortable, because not everyone eats beef or pork.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel . Breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful .

This is a nice hotel with lovely staff. However the breakfast food selection could be improved. There was little fruit to choose from . The hotel could do with some refurbishment and tidying up a bit, but essentially it’s a good hotel.

If you’re like us and were struggling to decide which of the millions of hotels to go for in HCMC, I would recommend this one. It’s in district one and fairly local to everything (better to walk than grabs due to traffic). The hotel was kept clean and modern. The bathroom was a good size, same as the room. No window in the room but this was beneficial for noise purposes - we didn’t notice any outside noise. The a/c was good and bed was fairly comfy. A fridge was available too.

The breakfast was a little lacking in options, particularly on the English/European side but still okay.

The staff it’s very nice and helpful. Whenever I asked something they had a solution. The room it’s nicely furnished. Relax, work or sleep. The location is very good. It’s in walking distance from Ben Thanh Market. Few coffee shops, few shops to buy food or drinks and not far a supermarket

The elevator it’s kind of slow. During the day there were noises from an upper floor. Breakfast it is not very tasty. They changed it every day but trying to have something for everyone it’s not very successful.

The location was excellent. The door staff always greeted you with a friendly smile and chat. The staff were always prompt with their service, if anything was needed, they assisted us straight away.

The breakfast was a the main reason I am not giving 5 stars. In comparison to other places we stayed, the selection was not as good. The food was OK. There was coffee, tea and juice which is great and they did make eggs for you, but the other food was not the best.

I like the location. It’s close to a lot of markets and close to a lot of tourist attractions in HCMC. The staff are so friendly and very accomodating. Accomodated us as soon as we arrived. I would like to especially commend LUCY their receptionist for accomodating us properly and in all smiles. She was so helpful and cheerful. Kudos to the hotel for having staff like her.

There is no window in all the rooms that I booked and the elevator is kinda slow and it’s just one.

Customer service is the best, all staffs are lovely people, they make me feel like home. I love the way they help me to order my breakfast while I wake up late. They are ready to help you throughout every question you need to know or find a place to visit ,or find a good restaurant or more info...act. The best customer service I never have, I have to say that I love all staffs, they are very lovely people. And I m surely that I m looking forward to stay at this hotel again on my next vacation. See you guys very soon.

Few facilities need to be replaced and they are on the way doing it,because this hotel is new management just own it few months ago. And I m sure with this new management, this hotel welcome you with full of cozy, and a professional team. But honestly, generally I love to stay here next time again,

Very good location, walking distance to landmarks, restaurants and coffee places. We booked a room with window (pay attention to photos when booking because not all rooms have windows) and got a room upgrade for a mix up with the airport transfer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They could do a bit better with cleaning but I guess it is in Vietnamese standards. The breakfast is not the best but it works, you do have varied choices available.
