The location was perfect. Super clean and new. Great breakfast, Vietnamese cuisine. Great laundry.

The room didn't have any windows 😕 and there was no any notice about that in the description of the room. If i knew this in advance for sure I didn't book.

This hotel has top-notch customer service, my luggage was taken to my room by the receptionist Đạt with zero qualms even when I offered to help him seeing as my luggage was heavier than a body-bag. His English is perfect and he recommended a wonderful barber shop, Horse Club, for a lavish shave and cut. The room itself was pristine with a bed fit for inducong instant slumber after a long day of walking, shopping or cavorting. This branch does not have a spa, but the staff organized a taxi to the one that does, it is a short trip and sooo worth it. Spa staff were just as friendly, helpful and professional with no funny business. Bịch and her staff create a truly relaxing atmosphere and she even organized and paid for my taxi back to the hotel. If you're looking for exceptional service, comfort and value for money then Rosa Zen Spa hotel is the place to book.

Nothing to complain about.

The receptionist Hang and her staff were all exceedingly helpful…..especially when it came to crossing the road to get into the taxi !!! Its quite a task until you become accustomed to the fact that motorcyclists in Vietnam do not stop for pedestrians , even on the sidewalk, they just drive around you . The trick to survival is to walk slowly and don’t change your direction suddenly. The location could not be better …many very good restaurants all within a 10 minute walk as were ATM\s coffee shops and several Spas . The Hotel Spa is very professional providing a relaxed atmosphere after a days activities. Very good value for money!

The breakfast was OK but little choice for European tastebuds..

The staff at check in and breakfast were wonderful. All understood a little English which was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic, and a lot of variety. For the price this is a very good place. Spa is also incredible staff is very professional and also friendly.j

Location is on a very busy street ,and hard to walk around.

Very welcoming entrance, lovely smell! Bed was comfortable and had complete toiletries. Accomodating. We were given an early check in with no extra charge. There was an issue with the aircondition in the first room given but they were quick to get it checked out. Afterwards they gave us another room which was sort of bright (I think it was the wallpaper 😂) and better than the first one!

Walls are very thin. We stayed for 3 days and 4 nights but had our room cleaned only once and even so the beds were not properly made. Did put up the ‘clean my room’ sign on the door before leaving. Then later in the evening one of the workers happened to be around and we asked if we could have some extra towels and bottled water and told him our rooms were not made up. He straight away collected our dirty towels and toilet mat. Throughout our stay I only came across a tiny young cockroach in our room on our last night there while packing our things. On the 2nd day I realised there was also water dripping/leaking from the ceiling in the shower. Eating area was a little humid. There were two standing fans that worked and an airconditioner but was not turned on.

Staff were so friendly and amazing. The hotel is in such a good location, far enough out so there’s no noise but close enough to the walking street. Lots of coffee shops and convenience stores local too. Beds are comfy and the bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was tasty. For the price this hotel is such good value for money!

There is mould on the bedroom wall- but it’s obvious this is from the AC. Didn’t cause any problems on our 2 night stay though.

The hotel has a perfect location in District 1. The staff is very friendly and helpful, not all the staff speak fluent English but this is not disturbing. We saw that the hotel was just new on booking with less reviews so we had no expectations. You can see they have just renovate the hotel, at some point they are still doing the finishing touch. The breakfast is good, you could choose between Vietnamese and European Food. Overall a good hotel, so definitely recommended.

Everything was good , breakfast they can try improve , coz was a bit poor . Staff was super friendly, kind and helpful.

The room had no window but the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was very hot and there was no fan, so it was very stuffy and in the early morning I saw a cockroach

All good. Just make sure that no "city view", "park view" mentioned means that there are no windows in the room. That's quite common around Vietnam. If you come to this situation and want to switch rooms, the staff is helpful to do an upgrade.

Staff good, one blonde member spoke passable english, others could understand. Restaurants and grocery shops close buy .

Room too small for 3 adults. We were there for 4 breakfasts and had fried egg once other 3 mornings cold boiled eggs. Lots of vietnamese food.
