The location was good for short distance to city attractions. There was a good selection of foods at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was on a very busy road, difficult to cross if walking. Better to catch taxi or Grab car. There was no view from room as stated in details, view was side of next building & laneway. Good value for the price.

Walking distance to all the major downtown sites. A nice park across the road with two playgrounds - great for kids. Suite was spacious with a separate living room.

Shower was terrible (dribbling water) in our suite but my mother's room down the hall had now problems. TV also did not work. Forgot that the fridge turns off every time you take out the door card so food wasn't kept cold while we were out. Breakfast is very Asian, cold and not regularly re-stocked.

Everything pretty much as one would expect.

The hotel is on a very busy road with loud and noisy traffic all through the night. Together with a dance club nextdoor, it makes some nights hard to sleep through. Not really something the hotel can do anything about, but it's good to take it into account when booking.

Nice atmosphere all round the hotel, very friendly staff an probably one of few hotels in the area with such a big garden out front. After I realised what a bonus the garden is to this hotel, I strted checking out others, with just a parking space infront, and you cant even compare them, although the prices are more than reasanoble. Big thumbs up for this place, would deffinetly recomend it. The rooms are quite big to.

Beds are way too soft, for me and my wife and the balcony should be able to open, to go outside and enjoy the views.

I left my book and tried to contact the hotel but to no avail. I hope they also respond in cases like mine. Other than that, the place is good, and I will recommend it to friends.

Clean room, nice hot shower, great breakfast, quiet and a good price for what we got. We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see from the hotel. Caught bus 109 from airport to 23/9 bus station (15000 dong) then bus 65 to a stop over the road from hotel - only had hand luggage. Grab back to airport cost 128000 dong. Would stay again.

The breakfast is average. If you go a bit later on, the tables are dirty from the people who had breakfast before you. No one goes and clean the table after the first guests.

Excellent, spacious and well equipped room with nicely stocked mini bar also. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and english speaking too. Location is just excellent , with a lot of major attractions of city on walking distance and a lot of food joints too. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to be honest.

Nice, big und comfy rooms. Excellent room service, everything was clean. Even the toilet seat was heated. Safe and AC worked well. Two elevators. Friendly staff & especially the porters.

No soap, we had to use shampoo and shower gel instead. Took some time to get hot or even warm water in the shower, the water then was very week but okay.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. They always replenish the coffee/tea, soap, tissue, etc. Neat room. Helpful reception, guard, dining, etc.

Very small elevator. Breakfast is generally good but it's almost the same every day. Lobby sofa and massage needs cleaning and repair.
