The service of the staff at the hotel was exceptional - all the way from the helpful receptionists to the diligent housekeeping. Whenever we needed extra towels, reception and housekeeping got it to us within minutes of us arriving to our room! It also felt very safe and secure with hotel staff always available at the lobby (even at 2am when we found ourselves locked out of our room, there were multiple people available to help!) Just top notch customer service all around, which completely exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was also perfect - most of the sites and food areas we were interested in were either walking distance or less than 15mins Grab taxi ride away. Best of all, there is a Circle K (minimart) right next door, which made it very convenient to pop down for some bottled water or any other snacks or necessities.

The only downside to this hotel was the weird shower set up. We got the City Room View, and although there was glass to try to keep the water in the shower, there was a huge gap where water inevitably would splash out of which left our floors constantly wet. The shower head also wouldn't stay upright in the holder, which meant we had to always hold on to the shower head to wash ourselves without flooding the whole bathroom. We got used to it eventually and luckily enough, housekeeping was amazing and our bathrooms were always dry and clean by the time we got back in the afternoon / evenings.

We loved our two week stay at Harmony. So much to see within walking distance. The location is a gorgeous tree-lined streets with lovely shops and restaurants all around. The staff were so friendly - we especially enjoyed the lovely and friendly greeters at the front entrance who were always there with a big smile and to help with bags, open the doors, etc. The massages in the spa were AMAZING and the daily breakfasts were so yummy in the restaurant with the most amazing view.

My only constructive feedback is that the laundry is a bit pricey. They do a great job, but it was quite expensive.

location is in heart of district 1 - close to all the sight seeing in ho chi minh - independence palace, Notre dam cathedral, post office, ben thanh market. lots of restaurants around area. The staff were very helpful during our stay. Rachel looked after us at breakfast very well even when busy. Always made sure we were being served with all our needs seen to. The iced coffee's were great. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a range of hot food, breads, pastries, fresh fruits and fresh juices. Thank you Rachel! :D Daisy and Jasmine were fantastic in checking us in and answering all our questions about where to go and how to get there. Thank you Daisy and Jasmine. Tony was great at the door always helped us get a taxi without delay and always greeted us with a warm smile. All the staff were dressed very professionally and spoke to us kindly. Thanks Tony. The rooms were clean, quiet and shower had good hot running water. The rooms were cleaned well daily with everything restocked. The pool area was great too. Nice feature with water fall in pool. I would definitely stay again next time I'm there.

This was our third stay at Harmony Saigon Hotel & Spa. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi we were treated like valued guests! Our bags were looked after and taken to our room. Reception staff knew of our arrival and were ready to welcome us warmly. We were offered a cool towel and refreshing drink before being shown to our room. Room was beautifully clean , bed was excellent, room was serviced every day and bed turned down at night… even a ‘Good Night’ message left on our pillow.. so sweet! The Sky restaurant has a great view and delicious food.. staff were so helpful with meal choices etc! The Spa is truly a lovely experience ! Had the most amazing 90minute massage! My husband had a dental emergency and the staff were immediately able to direct us to a very good dental care facility where he received the appropriate treatment. We are returning to Harmony Saigon Hotel in 3 weeks for another short stay.. truly looking forward to it! And… the High Tea is a special experience too!

Loved everything!

Harmony was the best location, biggest and nicest room (superior corner suite) we stayed in Ho Chi Minh. Harmony was a 13 minute walk to Bui Vien walking street and a lot quieter particularly at night. Tao Park is 5 mins walk. Staff had great recommendations (Jackson recommended great egg coffee) Staff were always friendly and chatty. Breakfast staff including Rachel were smiley and helpful and house cleaning were exceptional. The spa was possibly the best traditional Vietnamese massage :) we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Welcome drinks on arrival and daily afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Wonderful stay!

It was refreshing to have a swimming pool but it was really cold because there was no sunlight (bonus is no sunburn) and the gym was underwhelming but most were in Vietnam.

Staff could not be more helpful, so friendly and kind. We really could not fault this stay, although if it was nitpicking i’d say the gym & pool aren’t amazing or spacious, but for us that wasn’t the main focus of our stay so it wasn’t a problem, especially as there’s so much to see, do and eat in HCMC, you don’t have too much time for lounging around a pool anyway! The included breakfast is great - enough western options if you’re looking for familiarity, but also local dishes like Pho if you’re after a more Vietnamese breakfast.

Breakfast had a good variety and staff were attentive refilling coffee. They made whatever coffee you wanted and brought it to your table. The Pho was delicious and they made it to my dietary needs. The room was a superior sweet located on the corner of the building with large windows and a bath. It was the best room we'd had on our budget. I liked that we had the choice of complimentary high tea between 2-6 pm each day, in the lounge or our room, complimentary refreshments on arrival, complimentary drinks in the minifridge. Sunny cleaned our room and she did a fantastic job. We loved the massages on site and they had 50% off during 9-3 which was cheaper than nearby massages. Location was great, we found lots of places to eat and shops to browse. Located within walking distance to Ben Than and Bien Vue walking street was even closer. The door men and reception (all staff) were really friendly and helpful.

I like everything !

Staff is very helpful and kind and went out of their way to help guests. The welcome drink at check-in was a brilliant welcome after a long flight. Location is really good with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. My room was relatively small but had everything I needed and looked like on the photos. The free minibar is a good add-on. Room service is fast and reasonably priced. Breakfast is on the top floor with a good view over the city. The room is relatively small but I never had to wait for a seat. There's sufficient choice. As a vegan I was still able to eat some of the warm food and bread+jam and fruits.

There was a service cart parked right before my room and every day at about 6.30AM it got really loud outside my door (I suppose that's when their shift starts). I woke up every day from the noise. My room had a window into a small shaft that didn't really do anything for the room in terms of light or air 😂. For the breakfast, the only downside was the lack of non-dairy milk.

Fairly close to most attractions in the centre area. Staff friendly. Breakfast was okay. The room size was okay. Clean and tidy.

The pool is small, and a stand-alone structure with ladder steps up to it didn't look safe, so I didn't use it. The bedroom window had a big gap in it when it was shut, so you heard all the noisy street scenes and cars. It also lets small ants into the room. We moved to another room, and that was better, so that was okay in the end.

Our stay at Harmony was great, starting with its central location that made exploring the city a breeze. Katie, the manager at the restaurant during breakfast, stood out with her engaging and attentive service. She not only preemptively asked if we wanted another drink but also went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable. The warm welcome by the hotel's doorman, who not only assisted with our bags but also shared valuable insights on local sights and efficiently organised a Grab taxi for us, added a personal touch to our stay. His engaging demeanor made us feel valued from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. We decided to indulge in the spa options, which were offered at a 50% discount, and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. The hot stone massage, delivered with a rhythmic flow that balanced each side equally, left us feeling utterly relaxed and pampered. Overall, from the exceptional service of the staff to the indulgent spa treatments, our experience at Harmony was awesome and memorable.
