Great location, close to most of the attractions and shopping in district one, around 10 to 20 mins walk on average depending where you want to go. We rarely took taxi. Staff were also friendly as well, and the reception speaks English.

There were some minor inconveniences like random trails of ants in some corners and I found a footprint on the wall and a black mark on the bed. For the standard room, there's no chair and it is rather small. However if you're not peculiar about such things then this hotel good for the location and friendly staff.

Good location with many restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Also nice access to Tao Dan Park for morning exercise.

My room was quite small and the window looked across a short gap to the window of another hotel room so I had to keep the curtain closed at all times. Very little flat space for your belongings. Nowhere to sit except a small uncomfortable desk chair or the bed; if I were to stay here again I’d consider booking one of the larger rooms. Would not be comfortable for a long stay.

The staff were wonderful, specially Nhung, she gave some good tips for restaurants around and beyond. Housekeeping is excellent, clean and fully supplied. The view from the room is exceptional it's hard to find a location with trees surrounding in the city.

The street nearby outside very dirty especially in the morning, but that is outside the hôtels control.

Fantastic staff … the lady who slept on the couch to open up for us to leave on our early flight, the driver who stayed at the hotel to take us to the airport at 4.30am, the gentleman who would walk us across the street and stop the traffic for us to cross … all amazing and a credit to the hotel. Thank you!

Value for money. Good cable tv for English movies channels. The room we took has balcony, which was nice. And equipped well for a 4 day Saigon city stay.

I can’t fault it cause it met my expectations for the amount I paid.

I like to stay in UMI HOTEL because there are many various of place where I go for Mall and beakfast/lunch famous coffee and things very quite cheap . I get luck to have Halal there in Nguyen An Minh near Q1 of place . I should come again in Vietnam. Thank you

It is a bit far from Ben Thanh market, but still walkable. And, the comfort room is kinda small than what I expected

the room i choose is so good. i get to see the street view. i love staying at the balcony. if i will come back to vietnam, i will still choose to stay here, kudos.
