It was a nice simple, well kept homestay in the centre of the city.

Just need to remember that although the shower is right outside the door it is still shared

Cozy and private – one of the best dorm stays! I stayed in the dorm at Coucou Homestead I for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Each bed has its own curtain, reading light, power socket, and locker, so it still feels private even in a shared space. The house is clean, peaceful, and tucked in a quiet alley, but just a short walk to Bui Vien Street. They even offer simple breakfast with homemade jam – such a sweet touch! It’s not just a budget stay – it’s a place that feels like home. Highly recommended!

nice Homestay righe in the 🖤 of the city! the rooms are big and clean.

All the staff is nice with us, but They really Can’t speak english 😅 So was almost impossibile to comunicate with them (I’m Italian).

Great super convenient location, very friendly and caring staff, always available to help, nice place with a very Vietnamese style house right in the deep local neighboord hood

If you stay in the dorm, you may end up with either loud people in the late nite, people that turn on AC at the max and so on, so just be aware that additional patience is required ka

Very nice quaint hostel. Good value for money. Spacious, light and well decorated rooms. Friendly staff and located I'm an alley away from the hustle of the city.

I think the fact that there is only 2 bathrooms brings the rating of this property down on here. As it definitely deserves more than it has. Sometimes it can be a little busy with using the bathrooms, especially in the morning or evening but with a slight adpation all is well. There is nothing they can really do to change this situation anyway.

the entrance door is locked with a password and is super heavy. was a little hard to open it after they lock it during the night

Very lovely place and brilliant value for money. We stayed in a room with private bathroom on top floor of the building when it was 37 degrees outside yet the aircon did it's job and room was always cool. Spacious place, cute decor and nice little touches like toothpaste and hair brushes provided. The team running the place need a special shout out - they were super friendly and helpful, carried our heavy bags from the room, called us cabs, answered questions, stored bags while we were out after check out.. People are the real jewel of Vietnam ❤️

Came back for a second stay — and it was just as lovely as the first! The house is cozy, clean, and beautifully kept. But what truly makes it special is the host — incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again! 💛🏡

The hosts were lovely, Vin the boy was a super sweet guy, prompt at messaging and couldn't do enough for you. Seemed safe inside and out.

One of the high bunk beds didn't have a railing which felt unsafe as you could fall out of the bed and it's very high. There was 2 showers & 2 toilets for what I estimate was 18-20 beds... Doesn't seem like enough. Although as the hostel was almost empty I didnt have a problem. But I imagine if the hostel was full, this would be a problem.

I liked the fact that the place is close to amenities & attractions. We also liked how hospitable & accommodating the staff is. Overall we liked our experience :)

I think our request for room service could've been addressed. But other than that, we have nothing bad to say about the place. We liked our experience and hopefully we could go back :)
