Dahlialand is a wonderful spot for families - right in the thick of everything you will need, walking distance to a lovely park for the kids, and near to great food places. The hotel itself isn’t too big which makes it easy to settle into - the staff are so so helpful. Roman & Thomas the door staff are so friendly, we loved seeing their happy faces each day. And Rose, Jennie, Cherry, housekeeping, the breakfast chef and all the staff were very lovely and helpful when we needed it. The rooftop pool is fantastic and a great spot to cool down for the kids when it got too warm, and the lady who worked in the pool desk was so kind, spoiling us with afternoon tea and a happy face each day. The staff are so friendly. Breakfast has a great selection and was so good for the kids. Hotel is super value for money, clean and central. We Recommend this spot for families and anyone visiting Saigon

Unfortunately, guests before us had blocked our rooms toilet and although staff had thought it was fixed, it continued to be problematic for us and made for a little bit of disruption during our stay. The staff hour were so helpful, once we raised this they tried to fix us multiple times before offering us a new room. Not their fault but did impact our experience a little as we had to use the lobby facilities at times when the room loo was out of order. Wasn’t too much of an issue though and we appreciated the room change and their sincere apologies. Other than that, the hotel is great!

After travelling for a couple of months, it's always great to have a large room. This one had a separate sitting area from the bedroom so was perfect. It was sold as a 'balcony' room, but it wasn't really. There was a balcony a floor below, and there was a small balcony outside our door... but it didn't bother us. We used the pool area, as this was time to relax! And the pool was the perfect temperature to just get in. Bar and a couple of gym items on the roof top too with fantastic view. Cherry on the desk was lovely - as were all the staff and Thomas, on the door is so helpful and is great at English.

Didn't love the area so much, but it's all experience and we did stumble upon a pumping street with a nightclub atmosphere, nearby. Always cool to discover new things.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Any requests were dealt with immediately. The free buffet breakfast was exceptional. So many choices including a freshly cooked omelette with a choice of ingredients. The pool area was lovely with seating and cover from sun as well as a cafe area offering drinks and food. Until 9pm at night. Ramon was always ready to greet you and ensure your needs were attended to on entrance to the hotel. Our bags were taken to the room and when the fridge needed replacing Ramon had it organised within half an hour. .

The room was smaller than expected

Close to everything, clean, relaxing pool, huge brekky menu , good value for money , all the staff especially Ryan, Cherry, Luna, Roman, Thomas & Lang made us feel very welcomed & looked after any concerns. Thanks guys

The shower head is not on a stand but is in the bath which can be hard to use when washing your hair & stepping into the bath. A We thought we had private balcony but it’s for was for all guests. On the 2nd day we mentioned about the late guest noise & Manager organised for signage so guests could only use balcony for a set time which worked better.

The hotel really nice and clean, the staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly, they gave us one room but then offered to move us the next day if we wanted a better view but we were lazy to repack so stayed in the room. The room cleaners did a fantastic job and the rooms were immaculate each day. Breakfast was nice and had eggs cooked how you like.

The pool was a little too small really and felt crowed and couldn't swim with even 3 or 4 people in it.Not a fan of the drinks at breakfast, coffee too strong but that's personal preference and juices weren't very flavoursome.

Amazing customer service, the guys from DAHLIALAND are so nice people!!! Always worried and asking about anything you may need. The hotel is situated in a great location just steps away from top attractions and restaurants and markets; the building has just been refurbished and this new hotel has been operating for only two weeks. The breakfast is so generous and full of options from western to Asian dishes, you will enjoy every item of the delicious buffet. The rooms are big, clean and tidy and they do a daily housekeeping. Truly a fantastic experience for the price you have to pay, well done dear friends from DAHLIALAND!!!

There are issues to improve but nothing that really can impact your overall experience so please guys keep doing the great work!!!

We spent several nights at this hotel and were extremely satisfied. The staff was fantastic – very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. We really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel when we went to the seaside for one night, and even helped us with a shower before our departure, which made our travel experience much more comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. Chery and Thomas, who took great care of us, and also to Pul, who helped us with our luggage. Thank you very much for the great service and warm hospitality – we would definitely love to come back.

We stayed for 3 nights total at this hotel. It’s very clean and has a lot of amenities. During our stay the staff did everything to make our stay wonderful. Cherry and the staff at the front desk (Rachel, Jeff and Fin) helped us out with all our questions and gave us great recommendations for cafés. Jenny helped us a lot as well. Roman brought our backs up to our room and always got the door for us and took care to store of our luggage after we checked out, so we could leave it there for later. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Absolutely 💯 in every way - a special huge thank you to Thomas, Ramon and Cherry who were such thoughtful kind staff. The room was perfect, the location was absolutely amazing (great food, cafes, spa treatments all within 100m, as well as a great distance to do a shirt walk to other key sites). The breakfast buffet and the rooftop pool area were lovely. The bed was comfy, shower pressure good and the room was big, beautiful and airy. I will absolutely stay here again.

I arrived in Saigon six days ago from Australia. I found Saigon hot weather very uncomfortable and a good hotel is very important as it provides me an oasis for most of the day. I had stayed in an apartment, a semi lux hotel then the last one was Dahlialand. The other two were fine. The semi lux hotel provided comparable facility to the Dahlialand at about 50% more premium. In short, I found this hotel provided me with a great level of service at a good price level. The breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful. Well done !!!
