This was my 2nd time back staying at the hotel and it is one of my favorites in Saigon. Chi Vinh at front desk was very helpful, explained to all my questions and concerns. The hotel staffs were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and beyond comfortable. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in HCM city.

Well managed hotel, location not particularly outstanding but convenient enough with amenities in the neighborhood. Breakfast buffet was good but not really great. The location was convenient enough to get to various places of interest by walking. It is also only about half an hour drive from the airport.

This was a lovely hotel in the heart of Saigon. Happy we stayed here. It was close to everything and the hotel were amazing! Great choice if you are looking for a place to stay near all the attractions. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay! Linh receptionist was very helpful front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay pleasurable. Happy with her services and really appreciate all the services she provided during our stay.

I booked this hotel last minute as the hotel I had been booked to stay at was not safe and cicilia hotel instantly made me feel safe as soon as I checked in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. A great central location without being in the heart of the city

There was a bit of water damage in the wall and the breakfast wasn’t amazing but the rest of the hotel and the service definitely made up for that

The internet was super fast!! The room was decent. The view from the window was good as well. The bathroom was a little bit weird, but functional. The free shampoo and soap was good as well.

The breakfast. We were staying for 5 days, and the menu didn't change at all. It would be nice to have some variations after several days. The breakfast staff didn't seem to understand English very well.

The Location, front desk personnel especially Mr. Quac Van Le and room view with balcony and the beach view .and the swimming pool.

The good food in the restaurant, many choices ,the hotel with complete amenities, the cleanliness I can highly recommend this HOTEL. Price is worth it as well as the services,very nice Hotel and Location. For the first timer like us it's surrounded with many restaurants, shops and beach.

The location was fantastic! We spent three days and were able to walk to everything we wanted. Fantastic restaurants and bars and having the big window to watch the action on the street was amazing. Great value.

We somehow missed a room clean/refresh for our stay. They did give us water and coffee when we were returning one day which was great. Room was lovely!

No comment as I am simple on my meals But definitely love the porridge and the mince meat.

I had issue with my room card. Both nights I had to return to the reception to activate my card.
