2 min walk from central district 1, yet tucked away in quite alley, above an ice cream shop. Everything in room worked good, no complaints. Staff was very helpful assisting us on multiple occasions with personal tasks. For the price I say very good value

Location. Size of room...kitchenette .the room was quite spacious with ample seating...sofas and desk n chairs..bathroom was spacious enough as well. .kitchen was small and cute with plenty of utensils to cook and cutlery crockery for 4 people...however I never cooked..but used the kettle to heat water ...there was induction stove oil salt sugar as well..the host was super nice ...instantly replied to all my messages..location is just in the centre of everything yet in a quiet alley for a super sound sleep..there is small icecream shop on grpund floor.Just 2 minutes walk and u r in the middle of all the action...we also hired a scooter from a rental.shop just next to the apartment.. Overall loved the stay. The free 20 litre water bottle was a sweet addition

The room was not available and the owner asked us to change the location and gave us another beautiful room. Also available here on Booking. The apartment was absolutely awesome and located in the Japanese area. Lovely. The owner is super nice and helpful.

It was only a bit strange to shower in the bathtub and the water went out.. but not such a big problem.

Host is super nice and quickly response/assist. Location is great, short walk to Phạm Ngũ Lão street, also ~500m to Bến Thành market. There are many nice restaurants and street foods around. There is kitchenette in room, very useful when we bring back some foods. Bed is also comfy.

Room is fairly clean, but could be better. Water pressure is a little bit low (we stay at top floor).

Room looks like on the pictures. Location is great. 10-20min walking distance to main attractions (Ben Thanh market, Nguyen Hue st, Independence Palace, etc). You can rent a bike to travel around the city easily. Bike rental service is right at the neighbourhood. Safe and quiet area. Drinking water is available. The host is very responsive and welcoming. We are happy with our stay.

Sadly the air conditioning was leaking bad over the floor room 302 🙁

- Great location, walking distance from main sites - Spacious room - Decent kitchen facilities but we didn’t really use it

- Weird smell in the room, but you get used to it after sometime - Aircon seems to struggle a bit, but was fine if you keep it on all the time

This is a GREAT option in District One. The room was just perfect: clean, comfortable, decorated with taste, etc. The location is amazing too because you’re really in the center of everything yet the building is located in a very quiet alley so we had some of the best night sleep we had in a while. The staff was lovely and very accommodating (let us store our luggage for a few days).

I liked everything. The room was big, with a big TV and 2 tables (pretty useful as we needed to work). Location was amazing, in the city center. The flat was really quite and super clean. We loved our stay. Thanks!
