There is only one review from booking.com that made us keep considering whether to book or not. But after when we arrived, the hospitality, cleanliness, the breakfast selection are totally above expectations (better than many branded hotels). The bellboy is very helpful from the moment I step down from Grab, the front desk remembered which room number I'm from and did not miss out on my every request (tour booking, packed breakfast, extra drinking water, etc). Daily housekeeping is inclusive, and a wide selection of buffet breakfasts with a nice rooftop view, and smart TV, and the location is very strategic if you're a foodie, which is within walking distance to bar street and the famous eateries. Definitely will come back again if I visit HCMC next time.

The window of the shower area is half-transparent, we tested snapping with my phone camera and it is a very clear view from the building next door. We have to use a wet tissue to cover it. This is the only one missing from this good hotel, it doesn't feel safe especially for a female traveler.

The staff was impressive and so the room. These people are doing everything beyond your expectations to please you. The room was very clean with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast had a good variety of options for any tastes. The location is fantastic, great shopping round the corner and cafes & restaurants, two huge markets 10 minutes walking away. The woman who sales water bottles and rain ponchos next door, as well as the restaurant next door on the other side of, both are amazing parts of my life memories from Ho Chi Minh that I will never forget. I will definitely go back to the same hotel and will recommend it to others.

Easy check in, the staff took our bags in and up into our room after checking in. Close to KFC and some other restaurants, the room was nice and big also the shower and shower pressure was really nice had everything we need plus extra space to move around. Really affordable too. Central location. The buffet breakfast was simple and nice especially the fresh fruit and omelette. The upstairs also had a cute outdoor area you could sit out and watch the Ho Chin Minh morning rush.

I feel like the receptionist need to learn our to smile and be more welcoming they looked quiet lost at times.

What a wonderful stay it was, how I regretted that I had to leave this hotel... Thanks to this hotel and its location it was simply wonderful, you can get to all the most interesting places to visit on foot without any problem. The breakfasts were delicious, and the team that served was lovely, it was nice to see what a great team they create, the atmosphere was warm and you can see that they like working together which is very important, because guests like me really appreciate it, please give them a raise! Also, please appreciate the lovely gentlemen who open the doors and greet guests, because they also do a great job, especially in such heat and they are very nice. I know that some people do not notice these employees, but it is THEY who create this wonderful atmosphere in the hotel. Of course, I will add that the hotel rooms are beautiful, clean and have a wonderful view from the window, how on earth does this hotel only have three stars???? I recommend and greet you, dear crew <3

Everything was just PERFECT!!!

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options, no complaints. The breakfast staff were also very friendly.

The morning staff chose to wash the outside terrace on the top floor next to the breakfast area while food was being served. This should be done after the breakfast serving hours as it would have been nice to sit outside without walking through water all over the terrace floor or having the plants dripping. Please reschedule this chore for after breakfast.

The location is conside in the city centre area. A few famous Banh Mi shops are within walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast at the rooftop is pretty good with both Western/local spread & did change every day. Bear in mind that this is a 3-star hotel, so I considered the breakfast is above average. If the price remains around USD 50-55/night, it is value for money. The shower is hot & strong enough. Only deluxe or above rooms had a proper window. The standard room has a window inside the bathroom, so there is not enough natural light.

Since it is a 3-star hotel, practically no facility. So, it's just good for people who like to go out most of the day.

Big room for triple room, good breakfast, and good location.

Air-con was cold enough for the hot weather outside but it blew directly on the single bed. Temperature of shower water was inconsistent, suddenly very hot water and suddenly very cold water showered on me. Construction on roadside started at night until 1-2 am. The sound insulation was very bad and the noise make me couldn’t sleep.

Excellent location in District 1. Independence Palace, Tao Dan Park, War Remnants museum, Ben Thanh market were all a short Grab ride away. Hotel is situated on a busy main road but room wasn't noisy at all. Family room was really spacious with a lot of room for luggage. Bathroom was very large too. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning was done regularly every day and clean towels and sheets were provided.

Vegetarian options were less at breakfast. However, there were a number of bakery items that we could have. Some of the staff didn't understand English very well Although Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney streaming channels were available on the TV, none of them worked due to some connectivity issues

The hotel is located in a place that has all activities accessible. Theres so much to do in the area even within a walkable distance. Taxis are almost readily available and familiar with the location. The breakfast was almost the same for all days that we spent in the hotel. That could be improved. The bathroom sink had a bad smell from the drain which made brushing teeth quite an unpleasant task.

The breakfast was decent, had a variety to choose from. I really liked my room, I stayed for 5 days and the room was really comfortable. Would be a bit cramped for two people but I was by self so it was great. The pillows got me sleeping really well as it was low how I liked it. Definitely convenient for where I wanted to go daily and for sure I would book here again if I were to come back to HCM. The staff were really friendly and helpful with whatever I needed especially with my luggage because I was pregnant

Not much but the duvet covers had marks on them which was a bit dirty but if it was bleached well I’m sure it’ll be clean. The reception area where people can sit and wait was a a bit stuffy and hot..
