I recently had the pleasure of staying at New World Saigon Hotel for eight days, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff showcased the highest level of professionalism and warmth. A special thanks to Ho and Nghi, along with the entire Business Lounge team, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The housekeeping team also maintained excellent standards, with rooms always refreshed and well-stocked. A thoughtful touch I truly appreciated was the recyclable coffee cup in the room — a small but impactful addition that reflects the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and guest comfort. The hotel’s location is another standout feature — centrally situated with easy access to local cafes, spas, and flanked by two parks: one just across the street and another a few minutes’ walk away. Evenings were especially enjoyable at the lobby bar, where live music performances added a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The singer in particular was fantastic and brought great energy to the space. For guests considering added value and comfort, I highly recommend the Club Lounge option. If within your means, it’s well worth it for the exclusive service and quiet, elegant environment. A final, thoughtful gesture: on my last day, the quality manager personally stopped by to ask about my experience — a reflection of the hotel’s genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. I booked the residential package only because it offered a late check out but little did I know you also receive evening cocktails and dinner and also refreshments throughout the day (which I only realised the day I checked out), would help if I read things properly. Definitely worth paying that little bit extra to get this offer. The breakfast and dinner served was always great quality. Location of the hotel is great, about 400 metres from the Ben Thanh market and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area is great and the pool is large. Great gym and fantastic staff. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to HCMC.

Maybe the shower in the bath tub. It was quite high so I feel like it could be difficult to get in and out of for short elderly people or if you have an injury.

Staff were so lovely and helpful with everything from check in, to getting you a taxi. They were prompt in attending to requests and the luggage storage was well organised with no pressure on when you needed to collect it after check out. The facilities were beautifully kept and the breakfast buffet had a great mix of cultural options, as well as traditional western breakfast selections. The fruit was so delicious, and the salad selections were varied and interesting new combinations.

The beds were very firm. They did provide an extra mattress topper when requested. If you like a softer bed, I would note that in your booking so that you don't have a poor night's sleep the first night.

We had an exceptional stay at the New World Saigon as our last stop on our Vietnam trip. We were offered a great deal on a last minute room upgrade that included a higher room tier and daily access to the rooftop VIP Lounge (meaning daily breakfast, all-day snacks, and cocktails and a "light dinner" every evening (which turned out to be more like an epicurean buffet than a light dinner). This upgrade cost us less than $70 aud per night on top of our original booking. The Hotel was in an amazing location in the heart of District 1 that made it super easy to get eveywhere. Facilities were modern, clean and luxurious - and the staff were excellent. The room was also spacious and well kitted out. All of the offered hotel services were all seamless and efficient. Although a little pricier than other hotels, the value for money we got from our stay was incredibly high. We will absolutely stay here again. 5 stars.

We had an amazing experience at New World Hotel in Ho Chi Minh. We had originally booked for the Rex Hotel however had to extend our booking a day earlier and they could not accommodate us. We then booked New World and I am so glad we did. The staff have been extraordinarily welcoming and ready to assist with anything they are able. We booked the Residence Club Premier room, which gave us access to their cocktail and canapes in the Resident Club Room (level 10). Now we have stayed in a number of hotels with club access and I can say that the inclusion in this club room exceeded expectations. There is a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help out or just have a chat if you look too lonely! Big shout out to Holy, Leo, Van and Venus for the great conversations, restaurant suggests and amazing service. The Residence Club Premier room itself was spacious and well maintained, room cleaning was thorough and detailed. Our overall experience was truly exceptional and we would most certainly stay in a New World Hotel again.

Hotel airport transfers are a tad on the expensive side.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and three weeks ago was our first time at the New world Saigon. Our first impression was, when I walked into the hotel I was greeted by a friendly team of staff and they were very helpful and explained everything in detail !! On 22/01/25 we came back and stayed for another night.. Breakfast was awesome 🤩 Lunch: awesome Dinner set menu:awesome Management team: Mr Quốc and Mr Toung were very friendly and helpful. We travel every year and they are the best management teams we’ve ever come across so that you 🙏

Everything was good, very clean and very good breakfast (not to many options from which none is good like happens on others) Coffee as well tasted very good. The location is very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and close to the airport as well. The only things which I will change is the hot tub in the bathroom was not that comfortable when taking showers with walking in and getting out. Now-days most of the people prefer walking shower, especially in a hotel.

Highly recommend getting the club lounge if you’re coming from another country as they know how to speak English and their service is amazing! Club lounge manager and staff are our absolute favourite, they made my son want to go there everyday because of how welcoming and friendly they are, we loved meeting them all! Special thanks to April, she went over and beyond with her service and so did everyone else! Honestly our favourite place and we will definitely be back.

Level 5 is more of 3 stars than 5 starts to be honest! we stayed their for few nights due to change of room highly recommend asking for the higher leveled rooms..

Clean Facilities Staff The dining staff and chefs are amazing. Pool. Good fitness Centre. Beds comfortable. Soundproofing. Breakfast has a wide variety even options of Halal meats on some days. Housekeeping staff very polite and considerate.

For a 5* hotel the rooms were a little underwhelming. Deposit on check in, this isn’t mentioned during booking. Customers should be made aware of this when they make the reservation.

We stayed on the residence floor of the hotel. If it was an airline, compare it to business/first class. Separate breakfast area, soft drink and tea/coffee inclusive all day. In the evening, 5:30 to 8 Pm, food and alcoholic drinks are available. The quality of food is second to none and the service exceptional. Chloe was our check in girl and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Pool spotless always beds available. Poolside service included replenishment of water glasses. We have stayed in many five star hotels worldwide and I can safely say that the New World Hotel is probably the best. But... Check out the residence floor.
