Staff waited for us when we told we will arrived past 12. Free bottled mineral everyday. Room getting clean everyday. Elevator work perfectly. Near convenience store. There is cute nail shop and massage shop there. Wish to try the coffee shop but dont have time.

Mold in the bathroom curtain :( No window. Idk why but we were asked to keep our passports every night and need to left in the receptionist. Never have ghis kind of thing when we stayed in other countries, maybe it's a vietnam thing? But our friend who stayed in the same hotel didn't get ask to leave her passport. Lack of security for the room because they using an old lock door, kinda expected with a card lock. not enough soundproof literally can hear other people outside, fortunately guests who stayed on the same floor not that fussy.

I stayed one night on a random whim. I wanted to get away from my roommates at home. The night reception was very nice and kind. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was also nice.

I did not know that I had to pay for the water. The room was clean, but the cleaner should pay more attention to the trash bin- the previous occupant left a condom in the trash bin. Gross.

Location was great, close to Ben Thanh covered markets and other places of interest. The room was a good size & clean, with everything I needed for my stay, including a kettle & a fridge

The bathroom floor got flooded with water after every shower, even with the shower curtain fully closed, as the floor drain was too far away in the back corner

Wonderful friendly service, although some of the rooms are small, they are ideal for the out and about traveller. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The aircon works fantastic, and sheets are clean Perfice spot to crash after a day of exploring. Very central with great restaurants and coffee close. I will definitely stay here again 💕

I liked the cleanliness. And the lady at the reception is superb. The staff working there are also great. Very friendly and super helpful, always ready to give assistance. Great area to stay ( district 1 ).

Shower didn't have hot water

I really recommend this one! Quite near to halal restaurant street and cho benh tanh. The receptionist and staff really helpful to pickup the beg and sent to our room, they also allow us to keep our belonging there after checkout before our next destination.

Location was great, got hot shower ,aircon was working fine ,got hair dryer, bed and pillow was comfortable ,overall room and toilet was fairly clean No Windows in my room but got exhaust fan in the room and bathroom

room smaller than expected not enough space to put our luggage No iron box in the room, corridor very narrow sometime can be noisy but overall it was ok for the price that we paid

Info is clear. No window room was mentioned, so we were not surprised for that. This place was an absolute great ideal for someone who is interested in something nearby Ben Thanh Market. The area was prime location as listed. Would highly recommend

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel right in the center of HCM. The location is unbeatable. Room has no window but enough clean, soft pillow. Staff was helpful and willing to support all the time. Good place to stay!

The room is clean and the prices is reasonable,the staffs is friendly, the hotel is located at district 1 and very close to local famous ben thanh Market, just walking distance 3 minute. Surrounding is full with restaurants and massage, the coffee shop at downstairs hotel is really good Will stay again next time
