Location was excellent and staff were helpful and cheerful

The bar staff at the pool bar were really not engaged with customers preferring to play their choice of rap music and on their mobile or laptop for personal reasons. They need more training in making cocktails and ordering ingredients in advance as they ran out of mixes the three times we attended. We ordered Pina Coladas from their menu and there was no pineapple juice two nights in a row. During Cocktail hour the drinks are two for one but the glasses are small and not worth the money even at half price. Such a shame as the the rest of the hotel and staff are amazing

The location was perfect for exploring district 1. The staff were helpful and gave us very useful advice about the local tourist market . Breakfast was plentiful and varied - we had excellent service. It was wonderful to use the spa and have a massage in the hotel which was much nicer than some outside . The pool was clean and quiet with a great view .

Breakfast is very good for us as Asians, restaurant stuffs were very good and amicable.

washroom door wasn't properly private, the ventilation system in door is a bit weird, noise and bed smell come out while it's using by another person.

They made you pay in advance, the suggested you to pay by cash and despite it was raining, they recommended us to go to an ATM, we spend 5min searching for one. The pool doesn’t have space for “relax”.

The hotel is in a great position, lots of local shops and restaurants. ATM's close by. Good choice to some local life day to day. The hotel rooms vary of course, but we had one on the 9th floor and it was very spacious. We had the longest window we have ever seen. We had a balcony with a jaccuzi and two chairs and a small table (chairs were a bit uncomfortable). The big market is only just 600mts down the road. City tour bus always parked there selling tickets. We would stay here again.

Afternoon tea was a little disappointing. Roof top pool was smaller than we would like.

The balcony spa in the signature suite was so great..and even fresh roses to top up the petals every day. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and great value. the staff were just so helpful and could not do enough for you. We totally commend the staff and found them helpful getting up the front stairs...which were a bit steep with no handrail. They were very good booking tours also. Location was fabulous with a few great bars and food nearby and walking distance to Ben thanh market. It was great value for money and we totall recommend this place.

I booked that Hotel by its amenities for 2 nights business stay at Sai Gon. I had a very warm and professional welcome. My room covered all expectations and was generally very clean. Breakfast was nice, especially also here the staffs friendliness and service orientation highly to recommend! Also check-out was professional and nice! I will come for sure again, as I did not have the time to test pool, restaurant and massage unfortunately. While the feeling in this hotel was very good.

On arrival I did not find the regularly included 2 bottles water for free in my room. The desk above minibar/in front of TV was covered with any sticky liquid droplets - also after my first night it wasn´t cleaned unfortunately as I put something down in the drops... But now I found 2 bottles of water on top! The bed/topper weren´t the best anymore by its condition but sleeping was possible.

I liked the pool on the roof even thought it was a bit small.

The pool closed at 7pm, which was too early for me. The list that was read to me at the front desk upon checking in didn't state that I couldn't bring my own drink to the roof. Sadly, when I asked the bartender with glasses, I think his name was Steak, for a glass with ice for my soda, he refused, saying that he was only serving paying customers during HappyHour. I was quite surprised as the glass and the ice didn't cost him anything. But, had he been cordial and said: We don't usually do this, but I'll make an exception for you, I would have ordered a drink when I finished my work (I had my laptop). As a result, I went to a hotel down the street for drinks afterward.
