Location was excellent and staff were helpful and cheerful

The bar staff at the pool bar were really not engaged with customers preferring to play their choice of rap music and on their mobile or laptop for personal reasons. They need more training in making cocktails and ordering ingredients in advance as they ran out of mixes the three times we attended. We ordered Pina Coladas from their menu and there was no pineapple juice two nights in a row. During Cocktail hour the drinks are two for one but the glasses are small and not worth the money even at half price. Such a shame as the the rest of the hotel and staff are amazing

The location was perfect for exploring district 1. The staff were helpful and gave us very useful advice about the local tourist market . Breakfast was plentiful and varied - we had excellent service. It was wonderful to use the spa and have a massage in the hotel which was much nicer than some outside . The pool was clean and quiet with a great view .

Breakfast is very good for us as Asians, restaurant stuffs were very good and amicable.

washroom door wasn't properly private, the ventilation system in door is a bit weird, noise and bed smell come out while it's using by another person.

The staff where grate very friendly and would do anything to help if needed. Alice and Philip at the front desk were amazing and very friendly and helpful with my stay thanks guys for everything.Philip and I became very good friends grate guy thanks mate will catch up again soon cheers. All and all there wasn’t much to dislike about the property are there is one thing the pool closing at 7:00pm was a little disappointing

As soon as I arrived the hotel staff at the front desk give me a really warm welcome. All the hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t ask for anymore. Hotel staff recommended me do the Mekong river, cu chi tunnels, war museum and independence building tours which I did. The tours were really good and worth doing it. Facilities at the hotel was excellent, big rooms, everything in the room and hotel is great and what I needed to use it was available. Breakfast was good, a lot of different food to choose from. Location of hotel was excellent. In the centre of Ho Chi Minh, Close to all street food, restaurants, shopping complex etc. it’s all walking distance. Walking street is only a 5 min ride on motorbike. Taxis and grab motorbikes taxis available everywhere and easy to get around in the city. Very busy city, nightlife very lively and exciting.

An Unforgettable Stay in Ho Chi Minh City My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the genuine warmth and kindness of every single staff member. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is a major highlight. Situated in a fantastic part of Ho Chi Minh City, it was the perfect base for us to explore the vibrant streets, local markets, and incredible food scene. Everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. A special shout-out must go to Alice, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She was not only super helpful with all our requests but also provided us with some truly great recommendations that helped us discover hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. Her local insights and friendly demeanor were a true asset.

They made you pay in advance, the suggested you to pay by cash and despite it was raining, they recommended us to go to an ATM, we spend 5min searching for one. The pool doesn’t have space for “relax”.

Hotel located in a convenient location to top attractions of Ho Chi Minh city. 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market (main and largest market in the city). 10 mins walk to Fine Art Museum and 15 mins to Opera House. Across Saigon Central, modern shopping. Easy access to a wide range of food. Good for business travelers and tourists. Staffs very responsive and paid attention to details.

Hotel wifi can be faster. Seem to be slower than access via mobile network. Search engine can be optimized in GRAB. Paragon Saigon Hotel come up ahead of Paradise Saigon in the GRAB search. Made the mistake of selecting Paragon Saigon instead of Paradise Saigon upon arrival - luckily near enough to reorder another taxi to reach intended location.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel – excellent location, a delectable breakfast, superb facilities, and most importantly, staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Special mention and thank you to Alice, Jade, and Anthony – genuinely lovely, patient, and helpful folks here. They took really good care of us and provided great tips for sightseeing. Most places of interest are a short taxi ride away; one could walk down if the weather permits. Ben Thanh Market is a 5-6 minute walk away, while shopping arcades are 13 minutes by foot. We’d happily return to Paradise Hotel if we’re in HCMC again!

Breakfast buffet was nice, the hotel was in a good location, walking distance to everything, view from the room was not spectacular but you could see what was going on in the street and at the petrol station. The bed was comfortable, and the rooftop pool looked nice, but we were pretty disappointed to find out that my 16 year old daughter was not allowed to swim in the pool, because she was under 18 years of age. We did not see this rule anywhere when we booked, otherwise we would have chosen another hotel.
