No direct neighbour was a big plus for me. I really enjoyed the very low level of noise at the last floor (6th floor) Cool to have a small fridge and a water heater. The shower is nice however I would have loved just a little bit more pressure. Cleaning staff is nice. Reception staff is super friendly and helpful.

Just one thing that bothered me. I could feel the springs of the bed. 1 more layer of foam or bed sheet could easily fix the problem.

The room was nice and cozy, very centrally located with a 24x7 supermarket right next to it, everything almost nearby like food joints, restaurants, stores for clothes/outfits,etc There is one food and gifts market right next to it as well which is at 800-900 metres walking distance Over all hotel is nice and neat!

Even though their room were available early they do not give early checkin (we reached by 10.30 am and asked if early checkin could be given by 12 but they said it would be chargeable). If you need early checkin then you need to pay extra amount for it. I feel if there is availability then they shouldn’t charge extra and give early check in by 12 or after 12 noon, many hotels do that as after 12 seems fair

Beds were massive. Good bathroom. Decent location but still be prepared to walk around. Nice modern stay. Man on the door was always very nice. There are restaurants around the immediate area and nice markets for clothes etc also in walking distance. Easy to get a grab to/from airport as well as book tours from.

We arrived around 1pm knowing our room wasn’t supposed to be ready until 2pm. This was fine so put our bags in storage room but room wasn’t ready at 2pm and had to wait longer. Wasn’t a massive issue and definitely not that big of a deal but after an early morning flight we just wanted to get into the room.

One of the stand out features of the hotel is that it is located in a prime location near major attractions and dining areas, hence tour agents pick you up at the hotel. Also it is just few minutes walk to Ben Thanh Market. I addition, the area was clean and the hotel staffs were very accommodating to their guests.

I didn’t like the glass partition of the comfort room. It made me uncomfortable whenever I am inside during my whole stay.

It served its purpose...clean & comfortable in a good location for seeing the sights. Staff helped me to get good onward travel & prompt laundry service.

The property messaged me a day ahead to say that they could only hold my reservation until 5pm on day of arrival. I had already informed of a 1-2pm arrival and arrived by 2:30pm but it is extreme to suggest that check-in can only happen until 5pm. The safe could not be used. The balcony could not be used. The TV is only for connecting your own device. Only one staff member spoke excellent English. While checking out, the staff member insisted that I had consumed something from the minibar; either this is an ongoing practice or someone had failed to stock the bar before my arrival. All that had been there was a small can of Coca Cola. She accepted my answer the third time.

We were in a double room which had a huge, comfortable bed. The TV although didn’t work with normal channels, did have netflix. The bathroom was a good size and was a wet room style space. We had hot water and the water was hot. The wifi was okay. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Our room didn’t have a window but it wasn’t too bad. Our AC started leaking but the staff were really helpful and very quickly sorted it out.

the location is great- it is within walking distance to a lot of eateries and attractions. the room we booked was very comfortably big for my husband and myself. luckily we booked the room with the so-called balcony (but opened up to a small small one), there is bright light coming in in the morning. Bed was comfortable- not too soft or too hard.

there were some ants when we got into the room…and they were found near the bed. asked the hotel for insect spray and that worked. The toilet flush was a little tricky, but if it get it right, it flushed very well.

I recently stayed at this 2-star hotel for three nights in a deluxe king room with a window. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. The hotel's standout feature is its central location, just a 3-minute walk to Ben Thahn market and a 10 to 15-minute walk to Bue Vien night street, reminiscent of Bangla Road in Phuket. You'll find plenty of cafe and massage parlour on the street. K Circle Grocery shop is just below the building and it operates 24/7. There is a tour booking counter in the lobby, I recommend checking them as they offer great deals and discounts. I booked Mekon Delta tour with them and I loved it. Tip, I'd recommend against opting for a room with a window due to the loud outside noise, which can disturb your sleep. Additionally, it's wise to pay in cash for the Hotel cost to avoid a potential extra charge of up to 3% when using a card swipe. Overall, a decent stay for the price, especially if you prioritize location and are willing to make a few adjustments.

Good location. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. I love the bathroom design. Daily change of towels. Staff were helpful. Comfortable beds. Doorman very friendly.

The greeting is “hello here is the list of all the fines for various violations and you must sign you agree before we show you the room”, which is a bad way to greet guests. A list of fines in the room should cover all legal issues. Later, the staff was quite helpful though. Try not to stay in rooms 106-105 or anywhere on the first floor as there is a water pump right beneath on the ground floor which powers up through most of the night and is quite loud. I changed room for 3rd floor, didn’t mind no window as this means also no noise from the street and the room was perfect.

Perfect location and a perfect price. Staff is very friendly, and in contrast to another nearby hotel under a similar name, this place has no cockroaches. There is a convenient little store right near the entrance, and you can also get day tours at the desk by the door. The prices are very good. This was my second stay here and we got the top floor room with the street view and it was beautiful especially during the thunderstorm.
