Great location and very safe with a security booth at the front gate.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is located in a quiet alley near ben thanh market. There were security issues in the first hotel I booked, so I booked and transferred to M&H hotel hours after I arrived in Ho Chi Minh. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe, the staff were attentive and security was a priority. The room was modern, very clean and newly renovated. I slept well and I knew my belongings were secure every time I leave the room.

Property was in a great location. Service from the friendly staff was top tier. The suite had a large amount of space and it was quiet despite the busy streets of HCM.

Slight variation from pictures, perhaps got an older room. Didn’t have the possibly newly renovated wall tiling in the rooms or bathrooms.

The location is really good. Just behind the Ban Tanh market and central to many famous shops to locals and tourists. Got a lot of convenience stores as well. The place itself is pretty clean. We got upgraded for free to the suites and the rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are comfortable

Cleanliness could be improved

Almost Everything. They allow 24/7 check in, comfortable affordable beds, new bathrooms, nice showers, great AC. On top of this, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out as we had a day trip booked in for Chu Chi tunnels.

The shower was fantastic, I do wish it had hotter water though.

The room was really nice and comfortable, nice soft bed, daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Amazing shower! Complimentary water every day. The best thing was the staff! Very helpful and lovely girl at the reception! She speaks really good English and she was super helpful. If you need a taxi or food recommendations or help getting your laundry done, she is your girl! Also the night shift staff was very welcoming and lovely!

Comfortable great location, very helpful reception staff! Some previous items left in draws from previous visitors (receipts etc) but overall fun room. Prime location!

Great location and value for money.

Can’t complain. I always like it when the hotel rents motorbikes, which this place did not, but that’s fine as there was somewhere just down the road to rent a bike.

The hospitality of the staff and also how strategic the location of the hotel is really great.I have to continue my flight in midnight so thankful that I can keep my luggage after I check out until my time to go to airport. Thank you so much..

Upgraded to a room at The Hotel M&H Cinema as there was an issue with the room reserved. Kindly transferred by taxi free of charge by hotel. Located in district 4 gave me a whole new perspective of Ho Chi Minh City. great service by the hotel.

Can be noisy at night, as the area is full of restaurants and lots of people moving around
